I had my first experience drinking butterfly leaf tea (I have eaten it as a colorant many times). The flavor is pretty nondescript (it needs help) but if you add lemon it not only tastes lemony it changes color! So fun!

(Right = blue purple has the lemon in it, left and inside the teacup = teal is original color.)

🏙while i'm cooped up inside and can't visit pretty cafes to study at, this is my substitute! it's a good alternative to always drinking dalgona coffee, it looks MAGICAL, and it only requires 3 ingredients!

🧊u need: blue pea tea, milk, sugar (optional: condensed milk)

🌃brew the blue pea tea for 3 minutes and let it cool! while it does that, prepare and milk and sugar base + condensed milk if you have it. add 6-7 ice cubes (**essential for "layering"!) and slllowwwwlllyyy pour the blue pea tea over! super pretty, super easy.
