[LINK IN BIO] Bill Daniel’s moniker zine from 1989. Bill sent this to someone who wrote to him, in response to a zine review in Factsheet Five. The guy wrote back and said, “You must know buZ blurr,” who does the Colossus of Roads moniker. Bill wrote him back to inquire, since he had not yet met any of the moniker writers he was searching for. The guy sent Bill a letter back, with buZ’s mailing address. Bill connected with buZ and that’s how “Who is Bozo Texino?” began. We talk about it in Bill’s interview in the new issue of Fluke! @bill.daniel @buzblurr @colossusofroads #colossusofroads #buzblurr #billdaniel #monikers #flukefanzine #whoisbozotexino #monikermonday https://www.instagram.com/p/CEAd0NqDYRg/?igshid=o30f8tbxnml7
[LINK IN BIO] Fluke 18 has a buZ blurr (Colossus of Roads) piece on first meeting Bill Daniel, who is interviewed in this issue. Bill was in search of Bozo Texino and buZ was the very first railroad moniker writer he found on his journey which also led to The Rambler, Herby and eventually Grandpa (Bozo Texino). #buzblurr #colossusofroads #monikermonday #moniker #monikers #billdaniel #whoisbozotexino (at Arkansas) https://www.instagram.com/p/CDJrx5BDlq2/?igshid=n4h6dlgk4vgp
[LINK IN BIO] From the new issue of Fluke, Susan A. Phillips speaks on buZ blurr & Colossus of Roads: “As Colossus of Roads, he has utilized the North American Railroad platform for his work. His clandestine, railroad-related writing continues the tradition of railway worker graffiti through time. The long history of this practice includes such figures as J.B. King, Bozo Texino, Herby and The Rambler—names well known to you and your readers. Colossus of Roads stands apart from all of them because of his intellectual depth, his wry cleverness, and his unique awareness of his place in the history of art.” #colossusofroads #buzblurr #flukefanzine #flukezine #moniker #monikers #monikermonday https://www.instagram.com/p/CClcnp5jpKT/?igshid=1gg0obv4mzwt8
