okay, well I slept late again, feel like I slept the whole weekend but oh well, clearly I was tired. I was in and out of sleep for a while but couldn't motivate myself to actually get up until like, 4 pm, and I just kinda hung out after that. I finished the 10 things I hate about you series which I'm sad only got one season. I took a break to make some dinner and some blueberry scones, which came out quite well, and I cleaned a good bit of the kitchen while they were resting in the fridge and in the oven. once I returned to the couch I rewatched the first two episodes of the nevers, because I feel like I missed a lot the first time around haha and I can feel myself slowly getting obsessed with the show, it definitely has that potential for me and I started looking up fanfic for it (there's barely anything there since it's so new, but it's a start) and it always just kind of spirals from there, lol. I don't really know how to describe it, but there's just something about certain characters that I get really into, I'm not going to get to much into it because it's kind of depressing really haha but oh well. So after the second episode I got in the shower and started getting ready for bed, now I'm here and it's just a bit past 1:30 am, I do have to get up for work in the morning so I will end this here. okay, today was decent. getting towards good, slowly but surely. I woke up at like 12:37 pm and got out of bed, got ready a bit and friend was heading over, and I had been craving a burger from this one place near us so I put an order in from them and not longer afterwards we had food, which we munched on for a while before starting to watch the last few Legends episodes because friend was totally caught up for the finale this week, so we wanted to get through those. once we finished those I think we just did random kpop videos while I was also making dinner, which was this chicken dorito casserole I’d made before that was really good, but unfortunately it kinda stuck to the pan a bit this time (it wasn’t like, burnt, it was just like overcooked) so I was kinda annoyed about that, but oh well. while we ate we watched two episodes of Avatar, and then friend headed home and I went back to watching Burden of Truth starting their second season now, and it is definitely as gripping as ever. I realized at some point that none of the teenage girls have plots involving male love interests, which I think is a nice change. but yeah, I watched that until like 10 or so then I switched to the news. things are still kinda crazy with the protestors and the police escalating it into violence and it’s honestly just like such a hot mess right now. at least we didn’t hear anymore gunfire last night, but we were told that they are heading north by where we live, so hopefully that won’t be too bad. I watched a few more kpop videos and then showered and started getting ready for bed, and now I’m here and it’s just past 1 am and I should be going to bed now so I will. Goodnight dearies. Hope your Monday doesn’t suck.

It’s officially the last day of May, and I’m feeling a bit bittersweet. Summer is finally here (well it’s here in terms of the calendar-the weather is whack though). I have so many goals I’ve set up for myself for the summer and I hope I accomplish them all.
