It's such a bummer when you need to unfollow people because they, and their circle of friends they reblog from, become so incredibly negative and toxic.

If you don't want to spread hate them stop acknowledging it. Stop calling everyone names. Stop whining and inviting the criticism. That's what private conversations are for.

What’s a small change to make a positive impact ?

To make a positive impact, whether on yourself or someone else, it doesn’t take too much. The littlest things could make a difference in someone. A genuine compliment could make someone’s day, a smile, or even sharing food. You can welcome the new kid at school, invite them to sit with you, or pep-talk in the mirror is proven to build up confidence. Walk with your head held high, it gives you a small boost of confidence. Small things can create bigger impacts.
