A successful day in rescue is when you can do multiple things at the same time for the good of the animals. We were at a great event at our rescue vet's office with adoptable pets. Meanwhile a group of amazing people came together to bring an urgent senior dog to our rescue all the way from Miami. Teamwork was the order of the day and with the help of transport coordinator Jen and road warrior angels Deniz, Ashley and Suzanne delivering him to Foster Mom Beth. Meanwhile Diane who networked, posted and got pledges for Buddy jumped in to post his freedom ride photo, news and collect donations. When we say WE rescued him we mean ALL who were involved to make today a successful day even with a couple of minor hiccups we will laugh about later. Saving Buddy today wasn't just our rescue and we can't take all the credit.
