Kris would probably be the smart one and try to prototype something useful.
I know for a fact that Susie would somehow prototype something dumb (like a piece of chalk maybe) and Gerson’s dust.
If Ralsei joined, it would have to be the Ralsei plush because that’s one of the few things he has (giving him the present in chapter 2)
Noelle takes something from Dess’ room (most likely the guitar)
Berdly is the one who prototypes something that most likely hinders his progress significantly.

Who serves for who: Noelle is the server player for Kris, Berdly is the server player for Noelle, Susie is the server player for Berdly, Ralsei is the server player for Susie, and Kris is the server player for Ralsei.
Their entries into the game are also in that order. (Kris, Noelle, Berdly, Susie, Ralsei.)

Outside of Ralsei, I tried to avoid just straight up using Dark World weapons (like Susie wielding an axe or Berdly wielding a halberd) because how the hell would they get that shit in the Light World normally?? I hope the specibi I chose still fit well with them.
Maybe if Ralsei is going to be in the Light World like everyone else, maybe he could be in a sort of Jade Harley-esque situation where he's far far isolated and removed from everyone, like living on a deserted island or what have you. As long as he's alone, like Jade Harley, so he gets to be weird like he usually is (compared to everyone else lifestyle wise). Anyways.
Regarding sprite prototyping...
Ralsei wouldn't likely have many items to prototype his sprite with to begin with, and he'd likely ask Kris (a lot) to make the choice of what to prototype for him. Kris would probably choose to prototype Ralsei's sprite with the ICE-E Pillow (funny) and the Cauldron (like the main other thing he even has in his castle). Ralsei will never have any shortage of pizza ever again.
It would be hard for Noelle to prototype anything due to Carol's chokehold over the household (ESPECIALLY Dess' room). Berdly would be really impatient about this, so he doesn't help at all either. I can see her trying to look in the basement to find some stuff to use. I can see her prototyping her sprite with an angel Christmas tree topper (the star ones are the most iconic but i think the Holidays would have those creepy angel ones) (<- this could also be Berdly's throwaway idea which Noelle is convinced to agree with) and maybe a box of horror movie VHS tapes. The design potential there could be fantastic.
Kris doesn't have many things that belong to themself, but rather than having nothing around them otherwise like Ralsei, they could prototype stuff that belongs to the Dreemur family in general. I can imagine a bit where Noelle accidently finds the How To Draw Dragons book and tries to toss it aside immediately, only to accidently throw it at Kris' sprite, prototyping it. This would not be good for anyone, so I think it would be perfect. As a result maybe Kris could prototype their sprite with their cage (knowing the soul would likely not be involved with Kris in this story) to trap the sprite (to make it shut the fuck up). This surprisingly ends up benefiting the team a lot, as a coincidence. I will not think too hard about the symbolism of a caged dragon. Nor will I think about its fucking bahongas. Nope. Not today.
Berdly would definitely try prototyping one of his textbooks to make the sprite "smarter" and therefore "give him more information about the game easily." He forgets to consider how this might affect the enemies. He's too absorbed in what can benefit him in the moment the most. If anything, the sprite becomes more incomprehensible and absolutely speaks in shit like math word problems. Absolute riddler. This shit is so ass... He could also prototype something related to gaming. Like a game controller? I mean, yeah he would want to be able to have control over his sprite and session while failing miserably (he would only have wired controllers for true retro gamer authenticity so it wouldn't even have any power). We don't actually know how this would affect the enemies at all. It could make them completely useless or stupidly powerful (potential for exploitation?), depending on your interpretation of it. I don't wanna have to figure that out, though.
Susie wouldn't use Gerson's ashes. Not by a long shot. If she knew about Gerson and everything at that point, she would respect him and his family too much. I can see her making a trip around town and prototyping the Spades card (somehow resulting in Lancer) from school and then also prototyping a Godzilla poster from a bulletin board or something (to make it sick as hell). Imagining Susiezilla and Lancerzilla tormenting the city (playdate..). Joyous. Gives the vibes of Jaspersprite, in all honesty.
Noelle = Angel Tree Topper (1st) + Horror Movie VHS Tapes (2nd) = ANGELSPRITE
For classpects and lunar sways, my guesses are:

The biggest weakness is their lack of Space player, which will make frog bullshit so much more difficult. Also a lack of Time player, so even if scratching their session could've been an option in this case, they wouldn't be able to due to the lack of Beat Mesa. I can see their session becoming trying to find a way to glitch or break the game all together in order to have any hopes of finding their frog and winning their otherwise doomed-from-the-start session. It's fitting for Deltarune, I think (needing to break the Prophecy and all).

Yes, this is quite a bit inspired by the Dark Worlds and their experiences in them, if you couldn't tell somehow. By far, the biggest examples of this are Kris and Susie, being inspired by Chapters 3 and 4, respectively. I mean, it's right there, dude. I'm going to find a way to use Dark Worlds SOMEHOW.
LET ME KNOW IF THERE'S ANYTHING ELSE TO THINK ABOUT... (or if you have your own interpretations of a potential session for them...) I spent way too long on this and want to be free for now. It's a lot of fun to think about though, so thanks for giving me some ideas! >:3
