it’s like almost 3am BUT I JUST WOKE UP FROM A TRULY WILD DREAM

so i dreamt that my family were throwing me a joint birthday/wedding party in a field somewhere, which in itself is a Concept right

it was a very intimate affair, and even the person i was marrying wasn’t there, so i actually don’t know who i was getting married to

anyway the guests started to arrive and like, hugh jackman arrives with a sports bag being like “where can i get changed into my nice suit??”, closely followed by bryan ferry who gave me a rare record of his as a gift (my family quietly pointed out to me that it was “rare” bc it was a shit album hcmffxmfjkf)

we also had george michael’s family among the other guests, they assured me that he would’ve liked me which was very sweet :’)

SO APPARENTLY MY DREAM FAMILY KNOW A LOT OF FAMOUS PEOPLE BC THEY WERE LIKE "DAMN IT'S A SHAME MEATLOAF COULDN'T MAKE IT"

we partied hard and the ~*~next day~*~ i went to reykjavik with my mum and grandma, AT WHICH PONT I WOKE UP BECAUSE IT OCCURRED TO ME THAT I DID NOT TAKE PHOTOS WITH HUGH JACKMAN OR BRYAN FERRY FOR THE WEDDING ALBUM

not entirely sure why it was those guys in particular that showed up in my dream, especially since i haven’t seen anything about either of them on my dash or twitter feed, and i’m not like a dedicated fan of either of them so uh i hope everything is okay with them and also thanks for inexplicably turning up in my dream

A new beau has been signed up to woo Michelle Dockery’s Lady Mary in Downton Abbey.

Matthew Goode, who appears with Benedict Cumberbatch and Keira Knightley in the Oscar and BAFTA hopeful The Imitation Game, will play the man who sweeps the increasingly imperious Mary off her silk-stockinged feet.

Goode was spotted on the set during the filming of the special Christmas Day episode of the drama.
