I have two favorite types of angst for superbat:

1. Clark Kent having to live past all of the people he has considered family, including Bruce Wayne.

Clark who loves with his whole heart and has to withstand the heart shattering pain of realizing his loved ones and family one day will all be gone while he is still out protecting metropolis. And he’ll move forward. His ability to love will never stop and maybe he’ll love romantically again, but no one will ever be quite like Bruce.

OR

2. Batman who falls in love with Superman not because he’s kryptonian but it’s certainly a plus.

Batman who realizes that while he has to worry about Superman in battle he doesn’t have to worry most of the time.

Batman who realizes that Superman could die but he’s the least likely in his life to actually pass away.

Batman who clings to the love of his life, only ever planning scapegoats for the thing that could kill Superman.

And then somehow, someway, Superman dies. A krypotonite laced slushie from a date they went on. Kryptonite hand cuffs that can stab into his wrists like an injection so you can’t pull them off. Somehow, Batman can’t get to him and Superman dies.

(This also results in Batman never allowing his scapegoats to end)

I really want a new animated kids movie that’s in the style of 90’s-y2k Disney movies, where there is at least one character that’s a large elephant. It’s incredibly calm and keeps getting put into crazy situations that are life changing for the other characters, but is a simple task to them.

Elephants are known to be “gentle giants” but they are also very empathetic towards other species, a trait that is very rare in wildlife. Making them the creature to solve many fights between other creatures or to save other beings from sudden death by picking them up with their trunk would be super cool :)

(I saw a video of an elephant taking a gazelle out of a lake in a zoo and it made my brain happy)
