Is this anything
Some time ago in Skizz and Impulse's past, the two worked as ghost hunters under the name "G.I.G.S" and "G.I.G.G.S" (standing for "Great Importance Ghost Service" and "Great Importance Gorgeous Ghost Service.")
The two are okay at spotting ghosts and other creatures of supernatural nature.
So imagine their surprise when half of their friends are supernatural beings of some kind! And then imagine their surprise when Skizz awoke his inner angel!
A thing I just realized about my own developing Imp and Skizz lore:
I have inferred that Skizz, in his duties as an Angel, was the living power source of a God Beacon at times. Not a permanent assignment but one he probably excelled at.
(What is a God Beacon? Good question. Next question!)
Defeat a wither, you get a nether star- an integral component to your standard beacon.
Wither skeletons are, as we all know, found exclusively in the nether and are taller than both players and other skeletons.
During a skull gathering trip, Impulse got plenty of skulls. Skizz, for whatever actual real life game mechanics reason, could not get any.
But if we step into the fiction, then of course he couldn't. Skizz probably can't even assemble a Wither, the physical act a literal impossibility, one he needs someone else to perform.
Despite his abandonment of the Holy Mission centuries ago, you don't abuse the bones of your fallen comrades.
But of course Impulse can gather the skulls of dead angels. He's a demon.
And if Skizz ever did die, if his bones were ever left to burn in Nether fire? If someone chose his skull to mount on soul sand?
Well.
Assuming they survived, that would be one hell of a beacon, wouldn't it?
