Can you do R&R Garnet meets C Garnet & Pearl

R&R Garnet wandered around again in this strange land.  Metal horseless carriages, or cars, as the officer named Garnet had called them, driving by.  This time she kept to the raised concrete paths, not wanting to be in danger by wandering into the road.  Many people walked around her, giving her odd looks or not even sparing her a glance as they hurried by.

“Garnet!” a light joyful voice called out.

R&R Garnet turned towards the sound to see a thin, pale, young woman with red hair running past her.  Brown eyes widened.  The young woman reminded her a lot of Pearl.  Rich laughter came from another voice farther ahead.  R&R Garnet watched as the pale young woman ran into the arms of another teenager with dark skin, a square afro, and reflective sunglasses.  The taller of her two lifted the pale teenager high into the air as they spun around once giggling and looking at each other with a fondness that touched R&R Garnet’s heart.  After a couple of rotations, the dark teen set the smaller one back on her feet.  And then the unthinkable happened.  In the middle of the sidewalk, surrounded by dozens of people, they kissed.  It wasn’t just a quick peck, but a firm press of their lips together as arms held each other close.  R&R Garnet’s mouth fell open in shock.  Eyes darted about to see what everyone would do at this scandalous display of affection.  Between two women no less!  But nothing happened.  Everyone continued on their way ignoring the happy couple now holding each other’s faces as soft words were whispered back and forth.  Another, shorter kiss was shared between them before they turned to walk away together, hands intertwined.  R&R Garnet hiked up her dress and began to run after them as fast as she could.  She had to know, she needed to find out just how this was possible.  Two women of different races sharing affection in the middle of a crowd and no one bats an eye.  No slurs or rocks were thrown, no hate, no ripping of them apart and getting beaten.  R&R Garnet’s heart ached for that kind of acceptance in where she lived.  Nothing would be more wonderful than to be able to kiss Pearl in public and have nothing bad happen.  She apologized as she accidentally bumped into a number of people as she got closer to the two.

R&R Garnet: “Wait!” she called out.  “You two there!  Please stop!”

The couple turned around together, concerned expressions etched onto their faces.

C Garnet: “Us?” she pointed to the both of them.

R&R Garnet: “Yes,” she panted as she had finally caught up.  “How…how is this possible?”

The two shared a look.  C Pearl: “How is what possible?”

R&R Garnet: “You, holding hands, kissing, everything!  I’ve never…I’ve never seen something like that.  Something so beautiful.”

C Garnet blushes and holds onto C Pearl’s hand tighter.  “Well um, we’re dating, Pearl and I have been together for a few months.  I love her, and she…”

C Pearl: “And I love you too,” she placed a quick kiss on C Garnet’s cheek.

C Garnet: “So yeah, we are together.  And those are some of the things you get to do.  Like holding hands, and kissing, and…” she chuckled.

R&R Garnet: “But no one gets angry about it?  They don’t try to hurt you? You did it right in front of everyone!  A white woman and a black woman together.  I…I don’t understand.”

C Garnet and C Pearl exchanged another look.  They then both looked the stranger over.  She was very beautiful, but looked very out of place in her 1800′s attire.

C Pearl: “Where are you from?”

R&R Garnet: “England.”

C Pearl put her finger to her lips.  “That doesn’t make any sense, England doesn’t have laws against homosexuality anymore, and while there are still issues with racism and homophobia, there are no laws banning mixed couples.”

R&R Garnet: “I’m from the year 1807.”

Both of their eyes went wide, well she assumed the dark teen’s eyes went wide it was hard to tell with the reflective glass.

C Garnet: “That would explain a lot,” came her somber response.  She turned to R&R Garnet.  “In this day and age we can express ourselves publicly and there are no laws to directly punish us for that.  While some may not like it and try to fight it and may even possibly try to do something to us, Pearl and I are able to be together openly.”

R&R Garnet brushed away the tears that were starting to fall down her cheeks.  “That sounds wonderful.”  She breathed out heavily.  “Oh I am so rude, here I am asking you all of these questions yet I have not introduced myself.  I am Lady Garnet of Osmington.”

C Garnet: “Lady Garnet?  It is a pleasure to meet you.  I am Garnet Erutav and this is…” she motioned to Pearl.

C Pearl: “Pearl Tancerz,” she smiled.

R&R Garnet shook her head as she continued to cry.  “And you two love each other.  That is so wonderful.”  She pulled them both in for a tight hug.

They returned the embrace.

As R&R Garnet stepped back she sighed.  “I wish…I wish I could have…what you two have.  I too fancy another woman whose name is Pearl and I think she might fancy me too.  But it is terrifying the idea of confessing such feelings or even to act on them!  The repercussions for such actions would be severe.”

C Pearl and C Garnet pulled the duchess in for another hug.

C Garnet: “Do you have a friend or friends you can confide in?”

R&R Garnet: “Yes.”

C Garnet: “Good, they might be able to help you and protect the both of you.”

C Pearl: “And make sure to know who those are that would try to hurt either of you and keep them from having any clue if possible.”

C Garnet: “Have patience and act when the time is right.  If the two of us can be together than I have no doubt the two of you can be as well.”

R&R Garnet wiped away the last of her tears.  “Thank you, you both a so kind.”

The young couple smiled.   C Pearl: “Would you like to join us?  We were just about to go get some lunch.”

R&R Garnet: “Oh that is very kind of you.”

C Garnet: “How do you feel about ramen?”

R&R Garnet: “What is ramen?”

C Garnet grinned.  “Well you’re about to find out!”

C Pearl: “Don’t worry it’s delicious, and has vegetarian options too.”

The three walked together talking about this and that and giving R&R Garnet a few tips on how to discretely show her affection for R&R Pearl.

Can u do C Garnet and all Amethysts

Amethyst stretched as she walked with the group of humans she had ran into.  Two of which shared her name and human like features, while the other was a human like Garnet.  “Sooo you all up for some troublemaker fun?  I’ve got a couple of ideas.”

SG Amethyst: “We could go into the deserted part of town, there’s a bunch of old apartment buildings, we could do all sorts of things there.”

C Amethyst: “How far of a walk is it?”

SG Amethyst shrugged, “I dunno, a few miles.”

C Amethyst: “Ugh no, I’m not up for hiking around today.  What are your ideas Amethyst?” she turned to the purple gem.

Amethyst: “Well…since there’s four of us I was thinking we could do a mini wrestling match together.  Either one-on-ones or two-on-two, or something?  Never fought a bunch of look a likes, and I’ve love the chance to toss around Garnet’s look a like!”

C Garnet folded her arms and raised a covered eyebrow, “Who says you’d be able to throw me around?”

C Amethyst: “Ooooo.  Yeah man, G used to do underground fighting, she’s pretty good.”

Amethyst rolled her eyes: “I am a gem WARRIOR and I take down monsters three times my size all the time.”

C Garnet: “Well then facing me should be no worry then.

Amethyst grinned and then ran towards the beach.  She rolled up and spun around creating a small square border in the sand.  “Alright!  Rules are simple, throw, shove, punch, or anything out of the ring and you’re the winner.  Since I want to fight all of you we’ll do matches of one-on-one where we change it up.  Sounds cool?”

The three humans exchanged a look and nodded in agreement.  The first match C Amethyst stood up to face Amethyst.  It was short lived while C Amethyst was able to throw some good punches to work Amethyst towards an edge, Amethyst just grinned, sidestepped the next attack and then kicked C Amethyst in the butt hard enough that she fell out of the square and face first into the sand.

SG Amethyst and C Garnet faced off next.  The two danced around each other for a minute before C Garnet rushed forward, pushed SG Amethyst back several times, while avoiding the other’s strikes, and then wrapped her arms around SG Amethyst’s legs only to stand up and dump her on the other side of the line.

C Amethyst and C Garnet battled next.  Both new each other’s fighting habits so the match went a little longer.  However, C Garnet was able to tackle C Amethyst to the ground and roll enough times so she ended up out of bounds.

Amethyst faced off against SG Amethyst.  SG Amethyst went right for a tackle only to find herself grabbing the air as Amethyst had jumped high out of the way.  The purple gem flipped in the air and landed gracefully on the sand.  She then spun forward and headbutted SG Amethyst while she was still getting up, spitting sand out of her mouth, making her stumble and fall out of the ring.

The second to last match was C Amethyst vs SG Amethyst.  It was an intense fight back and forth, numbers punches and shoves were traded.  C Garnet and Amethyst cheered from the sidelines encouraging their favored Amethyst on.  Several times one of the two almost fell out of the ring, but they always managed to reverse their momentum.  Finally C Amethyst had worked SG Amethyst to the edge and got one final shove in, but while SG Amethyst was falling back, she latched onto C Amethyst’s arm and pulled her with her.  They two fell out of the ring together.  Laughter filled the air at the comedic ending.

Finally C Garnet faced off against Amethyst.  Amethyst’s body glowed as she roared, turning into the Purple Puma.  C Garnet was surprised and took a step back.  SG and C Amethyst cheered from the side ooing and awing at the cool power.  C Garnet took the offensive, sweeping her legs low to knock out Purple Puma’s legs out from under her.  Purple Puma leaped back onto her feet, taking a wide swing at C Garnet who nearly dodged it.  C Garnet got several strong hits in, but it felt like she was hitting a rock and were just brushed off.  Purple Puma drove forward working to finally corner C Garnet before grabbing her, lifting her high over her head, roaring, and throwing her out of the ring and into the sand several yards away.

C Garnet slowly got up, coughing from the impact, but then began to laugh.

C Garnet: “Alright you got me!  Nice form!”

The Purple Puma flexed, bowed, and turned back into Amethyst.  “Why thank you!  That was fun!”

SG and C Amethyst cheered along.  “That was awesome!”

SG Amethyst: “Can you turn into anything?”

Amethyst grinned, “Got any requests?”

SG Amethyst: “Sure do!”

The four of them brushed off the sand, went over to Fish Stew Pizza where C Garnet happily paid for everyone, and Amethyst shifted into any of the various requests the three teens had.  At the end C Garnet left to meet back up with C Pearl.  The three Amethysts sat around the table finishing the last of the pizzas.

Amethyst: “So what else are you all game for doing?” she grinned.

C Amethyst strolled along the boardwalk, following the scent to the pizza shop.  Just when the building emitting the delicious smell was in view she spotted a teenager leaning against the brick wall.  As she got closer her eyes narrowed, the teenager looked very similar to her.  Their hair color was slightly different, but they had similar facial features.  When they were just a few feet apart, the other teen made eye contact with her and straightened up.  For a moment the two would just mimic each other’s movements, acting like each other’s mirrors.  After a minute or two of this, they both busted up laughing.

SG Amethyst: “Well hey there stranger.”

C Amethyst: “Stranger?  I feel like I already know you somehow.”

SG Amethyst shrugged: “What’s your favorite pizza topping?”

C Amethyst: “Everything!”

SG Amethyst’s eyes widened, that was her answer.  “Hmm ok, what is the most boring subject in school?”

C Amethyst: “History, boring, total snooze fest.”

SG Amethyst: “Who is your best friend!”

C Amethyst: “G-man!”

SG Amethyst: “Ha!  Mine is Pearl, well…actually I don’t know the both of them are pretty good friends.  I’d have to say Steven is my best friend, but Garnet and Pearl come close seconds.”

C Amethyst: “Huh…well I guess we don’t know everything about each other.”

“PSST!”

The two teens heard the noise coming from the side.  They exchanged a confused look when it happened again.  Silently they agreed to check it out.  The two Amethyst’s opened up the dumpster and looked inside.  Inside was a short round figure with purple skin, white long hair, and was wearing a white shirt and black pants.

“PSST HEY!” Amethyst whispered loudly as she held up a large pizza box.  “You say you like every topping?  Want to try this one?  It’s good!”

The two teenagers backed away, pulling a face.  They drew the line at eating garbage.  The purple figure jumped out of the dumpster and flipped in the air so she was sitting on top of it.

Amethyst: “Hey, don’t worry, it’s not garbage, it’s fresh, just thrown out because it was the wrong order.  See?”  She lifted the lid to display a perfectly good pizza with an assortment of onions, peppers, olives, and meats on it.  Amethyst’s eyes widened as she looked over the other two.  “Woah!” she jumped down, still balancing the pizza, and began to poke and examine the two.  “Crazy you’re like human versions of me!”

SG Amethyst: “What are you?” she questioned as she batted away the purple woman’s hands.

Amethyst: “I am just your neighborhood alien who fights to protect this world from scarier aliens and blah blah blah.” she laughed.  “I’m just someone who loves trying new things.  Speaking of which, my offer to share this pizza is gonna disappear soon.” the gem finished as she held out the pizza once again.

C and SG Amethyst shrugged, it didn’t look like it had been tampered with, so why not give it a shot.

C Pearl: “You’re not seriously going to eat something that came out of a dumpster are you?”

All of the Amethyst’s turned to the two new arrivals.  The pizza was mere inches from C Amethyst’s mouth.

C Garnet shrugged.  “Eh perfectly good food gets thrown away, but I’m not going to be happy if you puke in my car.”

C Pearl: “What?  You’re ok with her eating that?” she turned to her girlfriend.

C Garnet shrugged.  “We’ve gone dumpster diving a number of times together, got some good doughnuts, a few pizzas, even sodas and such.”

C Amethyst: “Yeah, c’mon P try it out!  I’ll save a slice for you.”

SG Amethyst: “P?  As in Pearl?”

C Amethyst nodded.  “Yeah meet the G-man,” she high-fived C Garnet.  “And Pearl!” she also gave a high-five to Pearl who rolled her eyes.

Amethyst shoved the pizza box into SG Amethyst’s hands and rolled over to the two.  “Woah human versions of the G-squad and P!  Gotta say you do look the part, I bet Pearl get’s all fussy over messes, right?”

C Amethyst: “Totally, always has to have everything organized just so.”

SG Amethyst: “My friend Pearl isn’t like that at all, I mean she’s neat because she doesn’t have much, but like she’s no straight A looking person, plus she smokes and swears and stuff.”

C Pearl: “Ew I would never smoke.”

SG Amethyst: “Yeah and she did some bad stuff in her twenties, but now she and Garnet are dating again.”

C Garnet and C Pearl looked at each other then down at their intertwined hands.

C Amethyst: “Really?  These two are dating too?!”

Loud crunching noises came from the side as Amethyst ate the remaining pizza and box, and then burped loudly.

Amethyst: “Well if you two are dating we know what we gotta do right?”

“What?” everyone inquired of the purple gem.

Amethyst: “This!”

With that the gem hopped over scooped both C Garnet and C Pearl in her arms, C Pearl shouting at her for touching her butt, and jumped into a tree where she set them in a branch.  C Garnet had to grab onto C Pearl to steady her so neither of them fell.  Amethyst landed back by the other two teens, winked in them and took a deep breath.  SG and C Amethyst grinned along as they quickly figured out what was going to happen.

SG, C, Amethyst: “Garnet and Pearl sitting in a tree K-I-S-S-I-N-G!  First comes love then comes marriage then comes baby the in the baby carriage!”

Both C Garnet and C Pearl’s faced burned with embarrassment as the trio laughed.

“Hey!” SG Amethyst called up to them.  “The song says K-I-S-S-I-N-G!  Get with the program!  Our friend worked so hard to get you up there!”

Amethyst: “Eh it wasn’t that hard.”

C Pearl: “Absolutely not!”

C Garnet leaned forward and placed a soft kiss on C Pearl’s cheek.  At this the pale teenager’s face burned bright red.

The three Amethysts cheered, whistled, and hollered.  Trying to egg them on for more, singing the song again.  C Pearl leaned against C Garnet.

C Pearl: “How do you feel about having a kid?”

C Garnet’s eyebrows shot into her hairline.  “We haven’t even-!”

C Pearl chuckled and placed a kiss on C Garnet’s jawline.  “I know, I don’t know if I would want to have one either, it’s just the song got me thinking that’s all.”

C Garnet chuckled:  “Let’s just take it one step at a time.”

C Pearl: “Agreed.”

SG Garnet: “I’ve been running into them over the past few weeks, I thought it would be helpful if you two met them as well.”  She looked at away from her mothers up to the three Garnets standing at the meeting place.  “It took a while for me to get them all here, I honestly don’t know how the tallest one got here…Just prepare yourselves, it’s a little odd a first to see someone who looks like me.

SG Ruby and Sapphire followed her gaze and saw R&R Garnet, C Garnet, and PoP Garnet standing nearby each other.  R&R Garnet and C Garnet were engaged in a light conversation while PoP Garnet was just silently observing them.

SG Garnet: “Hey!  All of you.  Lady Garnet,” she respectfully bowed to R&R Garnet, “Garnet,” she nodded to C Garnet, “and Garnet,” she cautiously addressed PoP Garnet.  “Meet my mothers, Ruby and Sapphire.  I wasn’t sure if you all shared the same mothers as me, but since we all had our similarities I figured that it wouldn’t hurt.”

R&R Garnet rushed forward only to stop a couple of feet away as her eyes examined the two older women.  She began to speak in Swahili, however when Ruby and Sapphire only looked at her in confusion she stopped.

SG Ruby: “You have our daughter’s beautiful eyes,” she directed to R&R Garnet.  “I am Ruby, and while I may not be your mother, I am honored to meet you,” she extended her hand out for a greeting.

R&R Garnet took it and gently shook it.  A small smile formed on her lips.  “Your hands do feel like my mother Ruby’s.  She lives in my homeland, Tanzania, I have not seen her or my mother Sapphire since I was 12.”

SG Ruby: “From one Ruby to another, I know she would want to give you a big hug,” she held her arms out wide.

R&R Garnet quickly accepted the offered hug.  They held onto each other tightly.  R&R Garnet’s frame began to shake as tears streamed down her face.  SG Ruby rubbed circles into her back as salty lines of water also decorated her cheeks.

C Garnet breathed out heavily as she looked at SG Sapphire.  C Garnet fell to her knees.  “It’s like…it’s like I get to see them again…” A hand quickly wiped away the tear that was running down her cheek.  Another rapidly replaced it.  “It’s been so long.” she sobbed.  “They’ve been gone forever…I never thought…I never thought I’d get the chance….the chance to see you again.  But you’re not my mother…but you look so much like her.”

SG Sapphire quickly ran to the teenager and held her tightly.  “Your loss is truly terrible.  I’m so sorry.”

C Garnet cried loudly into SG Sapphire’s shoulder, strong arms holding the older woman as close as possible.  SG Sapphire gently hummed one of SG Garnet’s favorite bedtime songs into C Garnet’s ear.

After several minutes SG Ruby and Sapphire exchanged a glance and a short conversation was made so R&R Garnet and C Garnet could have the opportunity to talk to the other.  More tears flowed, but this time smiles could be seen.

C Garnet: “This has to be one of the best moments of my life ever.”

R&R Garnet nodded.

SG Garnet turned to look at PoP Garnet who had yet to say anything or make any sudden movements.  However, PoP Garnet was incredibly tense, her hands were curled into fists, every muscle in her body flexed, lips pressed into a tight frown/grimace.

SG Sapphire and Ruby let C Garnet and R&R Garnet go and began to walk over to her.

SG Ruby: “I’ve got a big hug for you, if you want,” she offered with a smile.

PoP Garnet pulled back, slightly weirded out.  SG Sapphire continued to approach.  She reached up towards PoP Garnet’s face.  SG Garnet watched the interaction carefully, looking for any sign of PoP Garnet lashing out and possibly hurting her mothers.  SG Sapphire was only inches away from touching PoP Garnet’s face.

PoP Garnet: “STAY AWAY FROM ME!” she jumped back her loud voice filled with anguish.

SG Sapphire: “Garnet…” she softly whispered as she took a step towards the woman.

PoP Garnet: “NO!  STAY AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE!”

When SG Sapphire took one more step closer, PoP Garnet turned and ran away at an astonishing speed.  It took only minutes for her to disappear from sight. SG Sapphire dropped her hand and looked at the ground.  SG Ruby rushed over to her and embraced her.

SG Ruby: “Do you know what that was all about?” she directed to SG Garnet.

SG Garnet: “I have no idea…”

C Garnet and R&R Garnet walked over and joined in on the hug.  SG Sapphire motioned for SG Garnet to get in as well.  All five of them held each other.

SG Sapphire: “We have four daughters now.”

SG Ruby: “Including the one that ran off?”

SG Sapphire: “Especially her.”

SG Ruby nodded.  “I don’t care what mythical laws, or paperwork, or biology says, you all are our daughters for now and forever.”

C Garnet’s face lit up, grinning widely.  R&R Garnet did the same.

Let's mix it up... Champion Garnet interacting with Pop Garnet?

C Garnet walks cheerfully down the street, eyes wandering from each varying person to the next.  Covered eyes spot an intriguing individual and walks over to them.  Looks PoP Garnet up and down.  “Wow… you’re one doppelganger…let me guess, you’re a top notch fighter named Fusion right?”

PoP Garnet tilts her head to look down at the smaller teenager.  “It’s Garnet.”

C Garnet pulls back at the name.  “Wait your name is Garnet or your fighting name is Garnet?  My name is Garnet.”

PoP Garnet “Both.”

C Garnet “Oh ok, so does that mean you’re a top notch fighter then too?”

PoP Garnet nods.  “One of the best.”

C Garnet raises an eyebrow.  “I dunno, I’m a pretty good fighter myself.  I think I could give you a run for your money.”

PoP Garnet.  “I don’t have any money.”

C Garnet sighs, “It’s an expression, more like I could put up a good fight against you.”

PoP Garnet.  “I’d turn you into a pretzel in ten seconds flat.”

C Garnet. “Oh yeah?  I think I could last longer.”

PoP Garnet. “Is that a challenge?”

C Garnet.  “Yeah, right here, right now, first to ko or tap out wins.”

PoP Garnet simply raises one fist up waiting for C Garnet to bump it.  C Garnet breathes out and bumps the fist.  PoP Garnet lunges forward.  C Garnet barely manages to sprawl enough so she isn’t immediately taken to the ground.  But it doesn’t matter PoP Garnet twists and breaks C Garnet’s hold before appearing behind the teen and taking them down sideways.  C Garnet attempts to shrimp away, trying to get enough distance so she can put PoP Garnet in her hold, but PoP just moves around her like water, slipping through every line of defense and effortlessly turning C Garnet’s back to her.  C Garnet protects her neck and does her best to escape the dangerous position but she is no match for PoP Garnet’s skill and strength.  A fake to an armbar leads to a muscular arm wrapped around her neck.  C Garnet can feel herself loosing consciousness in mere seconds.  She barely has enough time to tap PoP Garnet’s arm twice.  The arm moves away and C Garnet is left kneeling on the sidewalk breathing heavily, waiting for all of the blood to return to her head.  PoP Garnet stands up and claims her previous spot and stance.  C Garnet slowly stands up.

C Garnet: “Well damn, you sure showed me.  I guess you really are one of the best.”

PoP Garnet nods.

C Garnet: “May I ask how you got so good?  How long have you been training?  Who did you train with?”

PoP Garnet. “No.”

C Garnet.  “Oh, that’s cool, sorry to bug you.”

PoP Garnet.  “You should leave, this is not a safe area to be in.”

C Garnet looks around at the normal street surrounded by tall office buildings.  “Really?  This place seems pretty normal.  I’ve seen bad places.”

PoP Garnet.  “Leave,” came the firmer statement.

C Garnet raises her hands up in defense.  “Alright I got it, I’ll go.”

PoP Garnet watches a younger version of herself walk away.

What about SG Steven meets champion Garnet and Pearl!🤓

SG Steven strolls up to the Funland Arcade, pockets full of quarters, ready to play some of his favorites.  He hears the familiar beat of Meat Beat Mania 2 going and decides to check out who is playing.  Two figures are going head to head moving with the designated combinations.  SG Steven, stops when he realizes that the two older teens looked an awfully lot like Garnet and Pearl.  His eyebrows furrow, he had met another individual the other day that looked similar to Garnet as well.  “Something odd is going on, but maybe they will be my friends!” he thinks.

Meat Beat Mania 2: “Player 2 barbecue!  Try again?”

C Pearl: “I so had you that time!”

C Garnet continues to move along effortlessly with the motions.

C Pearl checks her pockets finding them empty.  “Garnet, where are your quarters?”  she asks as she begins to search through the taller teen’s jacket pockets.

C Garnet continues, not responding to C Pearl.  C Pearl sighs.

SG Steven: “Here!  I’ve got extra,” he extends the four coins to the teenager.

C Pearl, “Oh thank you!  I’m trying to beat my girlfriend, and so far have not been successful.”

SG Steven: “You got it this time!”

C Pearl puts in her coins and grabs the meat shakers.  For a couple more minutes she moves with the beat until the game announced her sound defeat.  C Pearl sighs, but smiles when SG Steven cheers her on anyway.

C Pearl: “It’s been nearly a hour and a half, Garnet hasn’t missed once.”

SG Steven: “Wow, she’s really good!”

C Pearl: “She is, but we have a dinner reservation in a half an hour and it will take us 20 minutes to get there.  I don’t know what to do.”

SG Steven taps his chin as he thinks of a solution.

C Pearl: “It’s like she’s under a spell or something…”

SG Steven: “That’s it!” he snapped his fingers.

C Pearl: “What?”

SG Steven: “You need to kiss her to break the spell!”

C Pearl blushes heavily.  “Oh I don’t know…it may not work…”

SG Steven: “You can do it!  Don’t be shy, go on and kiss her!”

C Pearl gathers her courage and cautiously approaches C Garnet.  Weaving through the wavy arms, C Pearl stands in front of her girlfriend, grabs her face, and pulls her in for a solid kiss on the lips.  C Garnet freezes her movements, surprised, then embraces her girlfriend back.  The spell had been broken.

C Garnet: “What was that for?”

C Pearl: “To get you out of the game in time for our dinner date.”

C Garnet: “Oh…I’m sorry I totally lost track of everything.”

C Pearl: “Don’t worry, this nice boy helped me out.”

They turn to face SG Steven.

SG Steven: “Hi!  I’m Steven!  You two look really cute together.”

The two blush and hold each other’s hand.

C Garnet: “Why thank you.  This is Pearl, my girlfriend, and my name is Garnet.  Nice to meet you Steven.”

C Pearl: “Yes, thank you for your help Steven.”

SG Steven: “Not a problem.  I gotta say you both look like two people I know, just a lot younger.”

C Garnet: “Oh yeah?”

SG Steve: “Yeah they are also named Garnet and Pearl.”

C Pearl: “Weird…”

C Garnet: “I think I ran into them, two actually, who also share my similar appearance and name.”

C Pearl: “That’s odd…”

SG Steven: “Strange things are happening in Beach City.”

C Garnet: “Agreed.”

C Pearl: “We need to leave now, thank you for your help Steven!”

SG Steven: “Anytime!” he waved as they walked off.  He then turned to conquer the new racing game that had arrived.

What if champion Garnet met SG Garnet?

SG Garnet grumbles as the works to climb back onto the concrete boardwalk after being shoved into the ocean by PoP Garnet.  A hand is extended to her and helps pull her to her feet.  SG Garnet’s eyes widen when she comes face to face with another strangely identical person to herself.  However, this was not the one who shoved her into the ocean.  This woman was her same height and much leaner than her and PoP Garnet.  Still muscular and toned.  SG Garnet regards the slightly smiling woman with caution.

C Garnet smiles.  “Water good for swimming this time of year?”

SG Garnet: “Yeah…as long as you don’t take your phone with you.”

C Garnet: “Oh man…that bites, but just stick it in a bag of rice and you should be good to go after a couple of days.”

SG Garnet: “Yeah, I will.  You mind if I ask your name?”

C Garnet: “Not a problem, my name is Garnet Erutav!”

SG Garnet also realizes that C Garnet is much younger looking.  “Garnet Hall,” she cautiously extends her hand out for a friendly shake.

C Garnet takes her hand and gives it a firm shake.  “We have the same first name, similar features, and we both got cool sunglasses.”

SG Garnet: “Are your sunglasses bulletproof too?”

C Garnet laughs once.  “I wish!  No, these are just fancy sunglasses Jaune bought for me, they help keep my eyes nice and shaded so my sensitive eyes are protected.”

SG Garnet: “You’re eyes are sensitive to light too?  What happened?”

C Garnet: “Nothing, I’ve got heterochromia, so my eyes are really sensitive to light.”

SG Garnet: “Can I see?”

C Garnet: “I’ll only do it for a second, so don’t blink.”

C Garnet quickly removes her sunglasses and holds her eyes wide for a moment before quickly putting them back on.

SG Garnet: “I see.  Mine look like this.”  Removes her sunglasses to show off her half-blind eye.

C Garnet: “Man, what happenend?”

SG Garnet: “Bad breakup with my girlfriend.”

C Garnet: “That’s rough buddy.”

What if Champion Garnet met SG Amethyst !!! :D

“Gang way!”

C Garnet quickly jumps to the side upon hearing the voice coming from directly behind her.  A figure with long platinum blonde hair zooms past in a stolen shopping cart.  The voice sounded familiar so C Garnet chases after the cart, a goofy smile on her lips.  The cart crashes into the railing at the edge of the boardwalk.

SG Amethyst: “Oof!”

C Garnet: “You ok there?!”

SG Amethyst: “Wooo!”  she stumbles out of the cart.  “That one goes in the books for things to try again!”

C Garnet rushes to the staggering teen’s side in case they fall down or something.  SG Amethyst turns and sees C Garnet approach.

SG Amethyst: “Hey there Officer G!  Nice weather we are having, just taking my shopping cart out for a walk, don’t worry I’ll return it by the end of the day.”

C Garnet raises a covered eye in confusion, but then studies the stocky teen closer.  While there were a number of similarities between this person and her best friend Amethyst, this wasn’t her.

SG Amethyst: “Woah…you’re not Officer G, you sure look like her though.”

C Garnet: “I’ve been getting that a lot recently,” she chuckled.  “Don’t worry, I’m not about to tell you to return the cart.  I actually was wondering where you started from.  That looked super fun.”

SG Amethyst grinned.  “Want to go for a ride?”

C Garnet grinned just as widely and nodded.

SG Amethyst: “Then follow me!  To the top!”

As the two walked the cart back to the top of the hill just outside of Beach City’s limits, they introduced each other and laughed about the odd similarities they had with each other’s friend.  Once at the top C Garnet hopped into the basket of the cart.

SG Amethyst: “You ready?  Hold on tight and try to steer yourself away from hitting anything!”

C Garnet: “Got it!”  hands took a hold of the edges of the basket.  “I’m ready!”

SG Amethyst shoved the cart down the hill.  C Garnet quickly gathered speed as it hurtled down the empty street towards the boardwalk.  Eyes were focused as she calculated the minor adjustments she needed to make in order to avoid any nasty collisions.  The jittering of the metal basket on wheels shook Garnet through her arms into her bones.  There were a few close moments, but soon the boardwalk railing was the only remaining barrier between her and the ocean.  C Garnet crouched low and braced herself for the impact.  Suddenly all the momentum she had gathered (and slightly used up over the journey) came to a crashing halt.  Her insides felt like they had been compressed to the far side of her body for a few moments.  When things had settled down she carefully sat up, giggling with the elation of actually surviving the trip.  She sat there watching SG Amethyst make her way down the path.  Panting, the stocky teen finally was within speaking range.

C Garnet: “That was legit!  I thought I was going to die for a moment!”

SG Amethyst: “Hell yeah!” they exchanged a high five.

C Garnet: “We should do this again.  And maybe with my friend Amethyst as well.”

SG Amethyst: “Can’t wait,” came the grin.
