Big Al’s drive in @theharmonyjones
“I’ve got extra blankets if your cold. The cocoa should warm us up though.” Karna smiled, moving her seats down so they could sit comfortably in her back seat to watch the movie. “Let’s hope no one decides to show up with a car load of kids next to us.” She chuckled, stretching herself out. “I haven’t been to the drive in since I was s kid. I’m usually always working. Maybe I’ll start doing this more often. Mental health days are a common thing these days, right?”
“It seriously wasn’t me this time,” Austin replied after being accused. “Is that really so hard to believe?”

@fairestmusesofthemall gets a starter from Simon
The nurse had told Simon where to find his brother to get him to go to lunch. They were going to go to Granny’s, just the two of them. Simon was trying to force Doc to take things easy.
He walked pretty quietly, entering the room as he sipped on a soda that he’d got from the vending machine. Simon felt he deserved it, even if they were about to go to lunch. Why not treat himself a bit? It wasn’t like Doc could judge. He drank more caffeine than Simon thought was possible.
But as he entered the child’s hospital room, all thoughts of lunch and extra sodas slipped out of his head. The soda also slipped from his hand, thudding into the floor and spilling its contents over Simon’s shoes. He didn’t even notice.
It was her in the bed. The last time he’d seen her, her clothes had been splattered with blood and was clinging to their mother. The last time he saw her, it wasn’t even a minute before watching his own father’s head get cut off. He’d been positive she was dead too, but here she was, in the hospital, breathing and interacting with Doc.
Simon didn’t even look at his brother as he took a few steps toward the bed. He didn’t even notice as his foot hit the soda can, spinning it away and causing the spill to take up a wider area than it would have on its own. He tried to say her name, but with his vocal cords frozen, no sound came out. All he could really do was stare at his long lost sister that was somehow, miraculously alive.
“Shit, does this mean I’m gonna have to start knocking more again?” Ada smirked as she stood in the Grantwood kitchen and looked Harmony, trying no to look as smug as she felt. “I swear, I should have put money on it with Kaseem or something,” she teased and moved to the fridge to grab some water. “Have you been hydrating? You know that’s important.”
@sorenhawkins
Fatima groaned as she face planted onto Harmony’s bed and grabbed one of her pillows. “I love you but next time can you just come to Massachusetts or can we just go to Cali?” She turned over finally and looked up at her best friend. “Just like jump in my suitcase and come back with me.”

Old art but I still like it. Her design needs an update but this is my hammy

Summary: What do you do if your new boss at that job you really wanted turns out to be the man you randomly hooked up with a few nights ago?

First, I have to admit that the number of times I wanted to hit Kurt in the head with a stick for being an ass in this fic is two-digits. Ugh, he is so obtuse and rude and I still can’t help loving him. Nor can Blaine.
This story is basically casual sex to enemies to lovers and we all know how I feel about that: A++++. (Just now I realised that this was almost the exact same trope as the last fic I rec’ced, oops...) But I also immensely enjoyed all of the side characters in this story, not just the regulars, but the s6 newbies and Harmony(!).
