After a couple of months of silence between the two, Austin was the one to reach out. In all honesty, he felt bad with how he left things between them. He hurt her by admitting he didn't love her and simply walked away. Hoping to walk away from her forever. It seemed like that wasn't the case. After he dealt with the problem at hand, he decided to reach out to her. And to his surprise, she decided to meet up with him.

A sigh escaped his lips. "Let me just start by saying I apologize for the way things ended. You did not deserve such a cold hearted goodbye. Let me make it up to you."

I don't know how you guys do it. All those awards shows and looking so fucking flawless, like it's just your second nature. I was sweating my ass off on the red carpet of the Golden Globes and there was just so much to take in. Everyone yelling your name, flashes blinding you,... I may have looked pretty confident but was dying inside. Were you even present? Would've loved to have a conversation with you but don't think I saw you anywhere. @austinbutlerfm

Clary couldn’t deal with all this stuff with her father. For once in her life though, there wasn’t just Micah and Oliver she wanted to talk fully with, to give her everything to, her mind wandered to Austin. In this time of stress, her lips craved for the touch of his and so when she snuck into Ilvermorny, it wasn’t abnormal that the first person she approached was the dark haired, bright eyed boy. “Walker!” she called to him, before catching up to him. She was upset, and all she wanted was him. Even though she didn’t want commitment, she wanted him. Once they were near enough, she let her lips touch to his, needing that comfort.
