Time for a kiss from your favorite medic! Hope you like trailing, gentle kisses down your backstrut, right between your wings.
Oh, he likes that very much.
Hope you like wings fluttering in your face. And possibly battering your faceplate.

☣–;; There was a moment of silence, but then the medic’s lips curved upwards, ever so slightly. Well, Starscream wasn’t normally one to be so casual, but Ratchet wasn’t going to turn him down. “…if you insist.”
“I do insist.”
The Seeker slunk forward, tossing his arms across the medic’s shoulders. His digits laced behind his helm. “I’ve been feeling so woefully neglected, you see.”
He may or may not be pouting.
Have your favorite medic coming to tug you into his arms and tuck the both of you under some warm and fuzzy blankets. It is cold out. It's been a long day. Deal with the snuggles.
Starscream had been dozing on one of the berths he had claimed for his own, when he had been pulled out of his light recharge (the only kind he had, these days) by the sound of a ground bridge. He would have crabbed at the medic for disturbing him, had he not quickly been wrapped in thermal blankets and pushed back down onto the berth.
Instead, Ratchet got a grumpy frown, and a Seeker burrowing deeper under the blankets and into his chestplate. He’ll tolerate this, for now.
Have a medic leaning over to steal a kiss. No real reason; he just wanted a kiss from his Seeker.
And have a Seeker chirring in surprise, though the sound was muffled by Ratchet’s intake. Just a few lunar cycles ago, his instinct would have been to wrench himself away from being touched so unexpectedly; Ratchet, however, had been steadily breaking him of that.
Sentimental old rustbucket.

Previously...
Starscream had been idly browsing the human data networks, hoping for some scrap of information he could use, when he had heard approaching wheels. He had quickly shut down the console, training his missile on the doorway as he inched closer to the entrance, peering out into the rocky landscape.
When he saw the familiar orange and white vehicle, he let out an exvent, and lowered his weapon. By the time Ratchet strode inside, the Seeker was composed and waiting for him.
Anything he might have said in greeting, however, was cut off by the sudden manhandling. Dragged against Ratchet’s frame by the hip, Starscream let out a chirr of surprise; a moment later, and there were denta mouthing at his neck cables, and his ventilations staggered in a precursor to a moan.
‘My, my, my,’ he thought, amused, ‘someone’s on a mission today.’
“A ‘hello’ would have been nice,” he purred, in a tone that said he was not actually annoyed at all. His own servos slipped upward to grasp at the medic’s forearms, idly spinning one of the wheels mounted there.

☣–;; “C’m’ere.” The medic moved towards the Seeker, lifting him into his arms and tugging him into his lap. He wrapped his arms around his small frame, burying his face in Starscream’s neck. For a moment, Ratchet didn’t move; didn’t say a word. He simply enjoyed the feel of his lover’s form pressed against his own. But then he sighed and murmured, “I don’t want to move.”
Starscream made a disgruntled noise at being moved so, but it quickly fell into a contented hum as Ratchet’s arms wrapped around him. The medic’s every exvent blew air over his neck cables, making him shiver lightly; he pressed his buccal plating against the side of his helm, humming again, almost contemplatively.
It was nice, this: being touched, without the underlying threat of pain.
"Then don't," he murmured, a low laugh in his tone. He draped his own spindly arms around Ratchet's shoulder plating, servos hanging limply. "Just stay here forever."
Had he thought to analyze his own words, Starscream might have been startled to realize he actually wanted for Ratchet to do just that: stay.

A low snort escaped the Seeker. With some shuffling he shifted, draping himself across Ratchet’s lap to toy with the opposite wheel.
“I’ve known useless bots,” he countered. “I dare say I would know better than you.”

It wasn't something Starscream had meant to do.
They'd been having an argument, though about what he didn't even remember, now. Probably the usual: Ratchet wanted to protect him, Starscream didn't want need to be protected, and had told him as much (well--shouted it, more like). They'd gone back and forth, words becoming more and more heated as the argument escalated. Finally, in a fit of exasperation, Ratchet had thrown his servos in the air, a helpless ‘Primus, why?’ gesture.
That was what did it.
By reflex Starscream had flinched back, servos coming up to shield his chestplates, wings sweeping low in an attempt to make him seem like less of a target. His legs bent at the knee joint, landers digging into the ground, bracing himself against...
...what, exactly? The Seeker’s optics refreshed, processor clearing; slowly, he lifted his gaze, wary now for an entirely different reason.
