First the Seven tribute, now a young victor. Was this just the universe preparing him for the inevitable of his kids both ending up in jail for shit they would do as teenagers? Probably, so he might as well comply. He didn’t know the mentor from Eleven at all, but he knew she was probably barely older than the kid who’d been in a cell just hours ago. “Anyone give you food yet?” he asked.

“I’m having some peppermint tea, would you like anything? Even if there’s something you want that’s not on the menu, I can make a special request. The boss is always right, after all.”

"That little one is a brat.” he declared finally, glancing up to Hyacinth from his spot on the couch with a sigh. He was aware there was some kind of connection with the mentor and the tribute but he hadn’t paid too much attention to the details, instead taking another sip of his drink. “Let’s talk about something more interesting like what we’re going to put you in.” he replied. He’d styled both Hyacinth and Drake, and well... it had been a more interesting venture in recent years, watching the way they somehow were complete opposite.

The night was wearing on and the sponsors were wearing on Electra’s nerves, her mind tiring of all the polite behaviour. She stepped outside for fresh air, exhaling softly as she caught sight of Hyacinth, “Oh, hey.” she murmured, “Uh, do you mind if I smoke out here?”

Two years ago, Ramina had said goodbye to far too many of the people she considered friends and family. Switching sides at the beginning of a gang war apparently stripped one of one’s loved ones to an extent, though she’d gotten to keep the ones that had gone to the Trojans. But perhaps the light in the midst of all those severed ties had been the surprising reunion of a long lost friend. Though...not too lost. After all, they’d kept in touch. Still, going from living across the world from one another, to residing in the same small southern town was the consolation Ramina had needed in the midst of the split. 

Though Hyacinth was a part of the rather large group of people working against the MCs, Ramina wasn’t about to lose another friend because of being on different sides of something. So here she was, knocking on the front of Hyacinth’s door and calling through the wood, “You better not have forgotten we’re going shopping today! Don’t make me come in there!”
