Roy looked at his sister from the corner of his eyes with an expression that pretty much said you gotta be kidding me. "Yes. As a matter of fucking fact, Kat, I do. He not only broke your heart but he barely sees his daughter. So yes, every time I have a chance to drag him or his name through the mud I will. I don't mean to say it to make you feel bad but he is a shit person that should be reminded how shit he is and others should be reminded also." As she reiterated pretty much the sentiment he let out a breath and nodded once. "Alright, I promise to try and calm down. I'll keep the shit Thomas talk to Thomas himself. I'm... sorry." He clenched his jaw at the answer. Truth be told he was expecting a definite yes or no but somehow a maybe was worse. "Where?" He asked but immediately shook his head. "No, don't actually tell me because I will show up."

She was right. That was pretty reasonable and deep down he knew it, he'd be a simpleton not to, but that didn't mean he had to like it or agree with it. If it were up to him his sister and Jamie bloody Tartt would work at the opposite ends of the galaxy. "Why couldn't you have gotten friendly with Dani or McAdoo?" He questioned more to himself than to her. When she asked him what was wrong with them talking Roy gave her a look that definitely said you've got to be shitting me. "Tartt doesn't talk. He opens his mouth for two reasons to be a flirty dickhead or to be an annoying dickhead and the look on your face doesn't tell me he's being an annoying dickhead." He looked down for a moment as the way he talked around his niece came up. "I got enough of that from her teacher. Apparently I've been a... bad influence on her." The last words came out through gritted teeth.

He let out a loud psshhI and rolled his eyes. It was true Jamie was there best but he wasn't about to just acknowledge that. "I don't know about best. Dani Rojas is pretty bloody great too and Colin improves every day... or week... or month... But he's improving." He let out a grown when she told him to sit. It stopped him from walking away, taking the steps back toward her, but he didn't sit. "I think I'll stand if it's all the same to you."

Keeley was right, of course she was. He was overthinking, way more than a little. He over thought a lot more than he would ever admit. As she talked he slowly turned his head to look at her. "I don't know, Keeley," he said his voice softer, uncertain. "Do I want to go back and be in the world of football. Of course I fucking do. But what if I make a dick out of myself... again." He let out a groan as he remembered his extremely embarrassing retirement press conference.

Roy raised a brow, suddenly quite confused. "What do you mean?" He asked but before he could elaborate his sister was off to the kitchen. He followed her to entry of the kitchen, still utterly confused. "Again, what the fuck do you mean?" He asked pulling his phone out and opened her message to show her. "You asked me to pick Pheebs up" He was about to turn the phone to show her before sighing. "Shit. It was for tomorrow." Now he turned it to show her. "I'm an idiot. Sorry. I was worried you had been hacked or some shit."
