also okay just to spiral about that conversation with the wind wolf real quick. i think it’s Fun that bird got hints of his whole tragic backstory and flickers of the fact that he’s clearly being manipulated but is spending truly no time on angsting about it she’s just like. “okay cool well sorry bout all that but if you want to work with us against the real threat we can do that and if you’re gonna keep hurting people i’m gonna shoot you with arrows”

playing a dnd session in the morning, listening to your own dnd podcast in the afternoon, DMing a dnd session in the evening, and then jumping onto a VC to do a stupid high level combat with your +37 initiative character is something that can actually be SO the way i want to live my life forever--

#cha:bird #c:xhorhas #the way that they like...very much started as Coworkers but are now SO bonded to each other #absolutely no hesitation to all go help tatyan's brother. working so well as a unit. being willing to die and make cursed sword deals #to save each other. with NO hesitation #esp like. faelan tanvir tatyan bird. the original ones who were Given A Job To Do #and now we're SPLITTING UP #and it's SMART it's GOOD it's what we need to do because the sword is simply Too Important #and this plan splits up the hag-haunted people and keeps the sword away from the wind wolf and lets us do everything at once #but like.....ahhhhhh!!!!!!!!!#we JUST started working well as a UNIT #were SO effective against corellia despite Everything #but like! bird would have gone by HERSELF if she had to! and instead tatyan and day are coming with her #but also...just them!#she trusts tanvir and faelan So Much and relies on them so much and she's....not gonna have them with her for this #and no elynor either!!!!#and bird like. was putting on a brave face but she's really SO scared of the wind wolf and the whole situation #she doesn't know what he WANTS from her or why he hates her enough to go after her home town!#like she kept saying during the strategy meeting! at least we KNOW what they want from elynor they just keep. threatning bird for No Reason #and if her village is getting harassed and people are getting killed and it's HER fault??? if they might even think she's PART of this?#like. does the wolf/hags want to KILL her? do they want her to join them???? what's going ON!#she's scared!!!!!!!!! but she wasn't gonna say Any of that because she knows all three of her friends--esp tanvir--well enough #to know it was ALREADY hard for them to leave her #so! head down get the job done we'll meet up in roshona when this is over and it's Gonna Be Fine #those goodbyes were just. they were SO good i care this party so much #real excited for tatyan and bird to Bond :] real excited (terrified) for this arc :D #and uhhhh tatyan and bird will simply have to stay alive because. god can you imagine how tanvir and faelan and elynor will feel--
