Every time a new 15 appears Elf just gets so giddy~ All of his buddies~
@intuitivegambler1311
Elf pulled the guard cap down onto his head, picking up the red band with a 13 on it before slipping it up his arm. He looked over his appearance, a perfect disguise. Only one person would notice him and he’d made sure to put his plan into action on a day the big ape had taken him out of the cell.
Holding the clipboard he had with official-looking papers on it he would enter Nanba, heading for one place. Building 13 cell 13. He had one goal, he’d planned to take them all but after watching and listening he had determined one, in particular, was the problem, and he would eliminate that problem. He didn’t like those who thought they could steal from him.
He gave a knock to the metal door, glancing in. Good Jyugo was gone. “I’m here for Inmate 11, you have an appointment.”
Valuable Specimen.

Isou looked over everything one final time, making sure where he’d put the little brat was safe as much as sometimes he was tempted to drop him right in the middle of the guard room. Today wasn’t the day though, he needed the blonde if he wanted this specimen. A few years of watching him and Isou had chosen he wanted access to his abilities, it could only help his research.
He gazed at the blonde as Elf fixed the guard hat he was wearing and the red 13 band on his arm. Once he looked the part of guard Isou shoved a manga at him. “Be smart about this. This specimen cannot be replaced, I want him on our side. Oh and don’t forget, you get caught I’m leaving you there.”
Elf yawned, waving his hand at the annoying doctor as he took the book that was shoved in his direction, picking up a clipboard and placing the book on top of it. “Whatever, you act like I can’t do my job. Those escapes were your fault, you’re meant to watch security now open the portal.” with that said the blonde turned away from the doctor, watching as the portal that he’d made opened and ripped a hole straight into the heart of building 13.
It didn’t take long for him to weave his way through the maze-like corridors of building 13, coming to the heavy iron door of cell 13. He kept himself low, heading over and peeking in to find the cell mostly empty. Jyugo was gone, and to make things sweeter it looked like the annoying gambler was with him. Elf knocked on the door, making his presence known. “Hello!” he said in a friendly, cheerful tone. “I uh...Hajime is a little busy today so he’s trusted me with a job for once. 25 is in this cell, right? I was asked to take you to an important appointment with a doctor.”

Elf tries not to swear since the man with the scar prefers proper language but he will if angry or hurt enough.
“My favorite past times consist of harassing the hell out of Jyugo, and completely destroying Uno’s ego and personality.”

Maybe he might have been a little too prepared for Jyugo’s clothes to get ruined and he was even more excited to force him into what he’d brought. “I’d like to see you try.” So far he thought he’d proven himself pretty immortal.
Once Jyugo has dressed Elf let out a whistle, snickering. “It’s all I had in your size, you’re taller than me. Come on buddy it looks nice~” A lie but Jyugo didn’t need to know that.
“But if the wolf ate granny and the girl in the hood, how were they still alive or at least not horribly hurt enough that the lumberjack could save them?”
“It’s not that deep...you do realize you’re questioning a children’s fairy tale yeah? Honestly, living here I think people surviving stomach acid isn’t that crazy.”
