helen had invited flash over for family dinner, he was as much of a son to her as the rest of her children. "come in, come in, dinners almost ready" she smiled and welcomed him into the parr home. "how are you? work going well?"

anita was stressed. she had deadlines due left, right and centre and she had hit a mental block. it had been driving her mad. sick of goijng stir crazy in the house, she went out for a walk and saw flash. anita smiled and gave him a wave, making her way over to him.

"hi, how are you?" she asked "if i have to think of one more thing today, my head is going to explode. please distract me. "
