flint was looking for some new books to read on his downtime and figured a trip to the bookstore was in order. he entered the store and made his way through the aisles, reading each of the small recommendations tabs to figure out what books would be for him. he stopped when he noticed the familiar face

In the light of the news, Winnie had barely been able to function. The initial lockdown was over, but they still couldn’t leave the castle but Winnie wanted to go home. She wanted to be with the rest of her family. Cain had visited of course, turning up with the auror’s and he’d stayed - nervously hovering around his family. It wasn’t like him and she hated it. Winnie wanted things to be normal, she wanted Emrys to be back.

Winnie wasn’t sure how she’d ended up mindlessly wandering the halls, blinking away the tears that seemed to constantly be threatening to fall. Her feet faltered as she spotted the courtyard, a memory of the two of them from a few weeks ago flashing in her mind. Emry’s head thrown back in laughter as her own cheeks were flushed in embarrassment, eyes narrowed at her brother as she nudged him. A strangled sob left her lips as she tore her gaze away, almost colliding with another -- a familiar red head, someone she knew who’d also suffered a loss with the death of her brother. “Lily,” She croaked, tears streaming down her face. “I can’t be-believe he’s gone,”

The corner’s of Remus’ lips curved upwards as he wrote, aware the other was watching him intently. Pushing his reading glasses further up his nose, he turned to face the other with an amused smile. “Go on, Lils, I know you have about a million and one questions.”

An amused smirk graced Mary’s lips as she innocently sipped her drink, elbow nudging her best friend. “Lils, lils, look,” The pink haired girl nudged in the direction of Remus & Sturgis, just in time for a rather flustered Remus to walk away from the latter. Waving the other over, a laugh escaped her lips as she shook her head. “Are you ever going to give up, Podmore?”

Why Gideon had let Mary set him up on a date, he had no bloody clue. She’d bounded up to him with a mischievous grin on her face which Gideon really should have recognised as trouble. Oh well, he could do with the amusement. However, she’d also told him to turn up in a bright pink suit - and said his date would thoroughly enjoy it. That was, until he saw Lily approach. “Oh bloody hell. Lils. What’s up?” He grinned sheepishly, suddenly regretting his life choices as he held a bouquet of lilies behind his back. He was going to kill Mary.

Phin hated sneaking around. Especially for something as simple as studying with a friend. Though it was necessary, as he wasn’t supposed to socialise and befriend muggleborns. He was supposed to hate them. Which is why he had snuck out, fairly late, to an empty classroom. He sat at one of the desks, running a hand through his hair as he waited for her. @lilyjulietevans

Donny had an exhausting day after finally finishing all of his homework. He took a nap around 5, sleeping through the entirety of dinner. Waking up to a growling stomach, the lanky boy rolled out of his bed and pulled on his Hufflepuff jumper, slipping his feet into a pair of sandals before heading into the common room. It was there that he found Lily, still awake. “Hey, Potter.” He yawned, scratching the back of his head as he approached her. “What’re you doing?” He sat down next to her, leaning heavily on the arms of his chair.

Liliana tightly held onto her drink. Her knuckles were whitening around the glass. There was a guy-- no more than a few yards away. He was practically following her around the whole time. No matter how many times she told him to back off-- he just wouldn't. Not really considering he was still staring. “Screw it,” she muttered under her breath. Spotting the other, she stood directly in front of them in order to block the guy's view of her. “Listen, I'll wash your car for a week. Buy all your drinks for the rest of the night-- anything you want. I just need you to, like, kiss or spank me... just something so that dude will leave me alone, please?” Scrunching up her face, she realized what she'd said. “Okay, maybe no spanking for now but, like, I'm begging...”
