Civil War

Steve stood in the church where Agent Peggy Carter’s funeral was just held. She had passed away in her sleep, peacefully, so he had been told. It was a very sad day for him indeed. She was the first woman he had ever loved and he would always love her, but she was also the last person who had known him before he had been changed into Captain America who hadn’t been genetically altered like himself. He would miss her dearly and right now he could use her guidance more than anything. The United Nations wanted the Avengers to sign off on being regulated and he didn’t feel that it was a good idea but he couldn’t convince the others of the same feeling he had. Standing in the church he was wracking his mind trying to figure out the best way to handle this.
