Songs For When The Mountains Don’t Move

Thank you, @dangerously-human for encouraging me to make the playlist. 

1. Even If, by MercyMe 

Top-Tier. The symbolism is incredible, the writing is brilliant, and the singing? I could listen to this all day.

2. Trust in You, by Lauren Daigle 

I don’t really listen to her music much, but this song is just so direct and really well-done. 

3. Thy Will, by Hillary Scott

4. Worn, by Tenth Avenue North 

I listened to this one all of the time during one of the most difficult times of my life, and it’s just. So good. 

5. Praise You in This Storm, by Casting Crowns

So, I went through a time where I was absolutely terrified of rain and storms, and this song, even though it’s supposed to be metaphorical, really helped me through it. 

6. No Matter What, by Kerrie Roberts 

I was hesitant to add this one to the list, because it’s much more upbeat and... Pop-ish than I really like for this theme, but the lyrics are just so good.

7. It Is Well With My Soul 

No particular version, though the one I linked is performed by Guy Penrod and David Phelps. It’s just the original song for when the mountains don’t move, and it’s so good. 

8. I Still Believe, by Jeremy Camp

Full disclosure: I just discovered this song while putting this list together, and immediately had to add it.
