便利なカメラグッズC-loopの紹介です。 外観はこんな感じです。 こちらをクルクル回して三脚のネジ穴に取り付けます。 裏のネジはこんな感じです。 カメラのストラップを付けて使います。 ストラップを付けたらカメラの三脚ネジ穴に取り付けます。 かc-loopを付けてストラップを付けると、カメラのレンズが下に向くのでレンズを保護できる便利なグッズです。 c-loopの参考動画です。 C-Loopの購入ページはコチラ！！

We love the simple ideas the best and the C-loop is just that. It takes the camera strap away from where you hold the camera and onto the bottom using the tripod plate screw. Available now at The Usual Shutter Specs store.

LifeLapse London To Bangkok

Just loaded up the below video showing off the LifeLapse app!

It's an amazing app that basically creates a Timelapse of your day whilst you wear your iPhone around your neck...

The battery life lasted surprisingly long in my daily tests but thankfully I managed to get hold of another iPhone before the trip and so had this in airplane mode the entire trip...

The trip lasted a total of 4 days, including the flying etc. and the app only really had a few bugs

none of which impacted the taking of pictures!

I did learn however that hitting the sleep/wake button tended to either close the app entirely

or conserve a bit more battery whilst still having the app running, quite strange as it was random

as to when the App would close or would stay open whenever the sleep/wake button was hit

Instead I just didn't hit that button and charged the phone every night, which by the way,

I started the day at 9am and ended at around 3am some days and still have approx.

30%-45% of battery life left...

(I'm sure this is just a bug as the only other bug that occurred was my pictures not showing up

in the LifeLapse gallery within the App but a quick check in iTunes and the continuous rolling count of

the number of pictures I took (in excess of 1000+ so you can imagine my concern when I don't even know

if they are saved or not) kept me sane enough knowing that everything was A-OK and even though I did draw

some attention to myself it wasn't all pointless.

The ability to use LifeLapse in landscape was thanks to a Gary Fong Tripod Adapter and C-Loop or as I call it a CSLR (for those wondering about the back of my iPhone, you can grab one at iFixIt).

Although there is probably a cheaper option of making a pouch and having it in portrait mode

as I know LifeLapse are going to have a LifeLapse pouch for the iPhone to accompany the App,

however, Portrait didn't seem to feel right and in the spirit of YouTube videos I figured I'd rather keep

this landscape.

The rest...is as they say history. It's an amazing app for those that enjoy sharing their travels and have an interesting life. I am however, obviously not one of those people that are interesting, I just enjoy sharing my travels. 

When it hits the App Store do grab it if you are one of those interesting people! 

The LifeLapse pouch is also probably a lot less likely to gain any attention on the streets unlike my set up.
