He became a photo-journalist and did political comics on the side and it was enough to take care of himself. When Bucky came home without an arm, it was enough to help him too. It was weird, suddenly being the provider, but they'd figure it out.

The super-soldier serum made him better. Healthier, stronger, impressively dangerous. But it didn't make him bigger.
