5. What part was the hardest to write?

That last arc of conflict, with Tendou proving himself all the way. For reasons I can only attribute to Life, I hit writer’s block hard on this arc, and I also fell into that trap of just wanting the fic to be over so I could rest and move on to the next thing. I don’t regret adding it to the story after I’d already started writing it, but it was definitely the hardest. 

10. Why did you choose this pairing for this particular story?

This story was written largely for @pkmnshippings as a reward for her finishing Kenopsia. I promised her I would make her son happy. Also, even before I promised this, I had developed Tendou’s backstory in my head while planning A Tale of Two Princes, and it took on a life of its own until I had an entire fic.
