UPDATE: Thanks @hildegardwithblades and @marristia for clarifying that "Kohle" is the word for coal, and that is the slang word for money... not "Kohl" which just means cabbage. Thaaaat makes a lot more sense! Now just I have to figure out how many Germans I have asked for cabbage when I meant money...
