“The aim of spiritual exercises is depth. It is necessary to become deep in order to be able to attain experience and knowledge of profound things.”

Please read before doing Practical Kabbalah or anything from the Keys of Solomon
Please, please, please if you are a new witch getting into practicing Jewish magic/witchcraft or are even considering practical Kabbalah… read this first.
DO NOT practice from the Greater or lesser key(s) of Solomon. -This type of kabbalistic practice requires the ash of a red heifer to purify you before you use the names of G-d, and if you aren’t purified you will be using the divine name in vain. Many classical Kabbalist have agreed on this, so don’t take my word for it, I’ve got sources. [here][further explanation in the book Meditation and Kabbalah by Aryeh Kaplan, 1982] Don’t practice from the key(s) of Solomon, or any method of magic that uses the divine name(s), you will defile your soul and be damned to Gehenna.
If you are not Jewish please don’t practice any Kabbalistic forms of magic, Kabbalah is for Jewish people, and I cannot tell you how disrespectful non-Jews practicing our mysticism is.
