How do you deal with unhinged asks?
it depends!! sometimes i’ll get asks that simply aren’t my cup of tea (which i wouldn’t necessarily call weird), and i’ll just ignore them. sometimes i’ll get really personal questions, like the virgin ask or the person asking for a face reveal, but you’ve already seen how i deal with those!! tbh i really don’t like blocking people, and i’m generally down to discuss a lot of things, but unfortunately sometimes certain asks are outright concerning OR go against the most basic rules/boundaries i have: when an anon was admitting to planning a murder in my inbox, for example, or when a minor was complimenting my body in a very odd way after i posted that fit check, that was the point where i had to block. with the murder ask specifically, i actually got 2 very similar messages, which made me think the person was mostly looking for attention, so i also never posted either of them on main.
