realistically matteo retires earlier (because of age. not the other thing we don't speak of) and i like to imagine he still goes to watch jannik's matches, if nowhere else then at least in rome he does.

anyways. imagining jannik taking an ominous mto with matteo getting enough flashbacks in the stands to approach him in the lockers afterwards

in my mind and now in my docs too i think that they get married with a very unsteady foundation. ie in 2025 yes they're young yes it's extremely rushed but they're in love so it should all be okay right? anyways it Isn't all okay and while they do get divorced they're on very amicable terms because the love is always still there and they go to the same cabin in the mountains on their anniversary every year so why not continue the tradition? and the lines are soooo blurred they're sleeping in the same bed kissing lazily for comfort and warmth (it's december) they're cooking together in the kitchen going skiing together but they also refuse to acknowledge the elephant in the room because this arrangement has been working for them for so many years so why fix what isn’t broken? they WILL have to acknowledge it though because im evil and i love putting them in situations maybe (and credit to @janniksreturn for the daughters) it's because of their beautiful twin daughters 🫶 that's still a work in progress but. i have new divorced sinnettini headcanons approximately every hour

I see why people get dogs when they live alone, feel like it would be nice to have a second opinion on random noises in the night and also for someone to respond to the noises with louder noises and an innate programming towards protecting the house
