Are you F***ing Kidding me!!! We have been customers of the Ultimate Internet package for years, dealing with the repetitive bullshit of lazy and careless service workers because of Cox's cheap cop out alternative of independent contractors. And now this shit? Ultimate internet package was $99 a month. It was for up to 300mbps download, and unlimited data. Now you charge us the same price, that doesn't change, and you don't even make a new plan, no, you go and edit the current one to suit this new greedy maneuver that one can only guess is to make up for your previous mistakes coming to light, that of which pertains to the unknowledgable, lazy, and incompetent independent contractors you sent out in your name as Cox Service Technicians. You made that decision to pocket more money, but it backfired because of their constant mistakes having to be fixed by your educated hourly associates that had to clean up their mess. (And we know this because we had this happen not too long ago, twice actually in the past 8 months) I can only assume that this was a loss you didn't want to take on your behalf, a mistake that you want others to pay for? There is a very real threat to your internet business that you should be working towards preparing for, because when they come, (and they will come), you will be competing for customers with company's like Google Fiber. I assure you, the last thing you want to do, is push your customers out the door. I don't know who makes the decisions for these changes, but they're inadequate to the longevity of this company and it may get you a couple of good years with big bonus packages to fund your high class lifestyles, but it will be the downfall of this company in the end. For your sake, I hope it comes with a hefty severance package because you will need it. Internet has taken over cable, it has revolutionized the way in which people watch tv programs, and it has hurt cable companies, as I'm sure you've felt by now....
