this doodle was inspired by the Books of Pellinor by Alison Croggon, which are my absolute favorite high-fantasy books. I'm re-reading them currently (first time was over ten years ago), and am on the fourth and final book in the series. Have a Maerad and Cadvan racing back to Innail in the middle of a very bad storm...

I think one of the reasons why I absolutely adore Aizawa Shouta from the BNHA fandom is because of my love of Cadvan from Alison Croggon’s Pellinor series. They’re a little different, but I definitely have a thing for tired 30-something who ends up teaching and training overpowered young people.

And yeah found family is my fucking jam
