#100HappyDays | Day 54
“Catch up with @deananderson23 & 🐜 @ NoriterCafe ”
It’s been a long time ago since I visited this cafe & long time ago since I had a catch up session with Deanny. Our first plan is to go to Karen’s Kitchen in Kapitolyo but traffic was so bad and we want to look for a place that’s chill & wala masyadong tao for chikahan session. So I suggested that we’ll try Cafe Noriter since di pa nya napupuntahan.
It was a cute and korean inspired shop. Very artsy and pleasing to the eyes :)
Since we were there around dinner time, I’m surprised they also offer rice meals (before kasi pastries lang.) So me & deanny got their pork & beef meal. And Can I just say, I loved their beef meal! Will definitely order it again. Sobrang busog pa. Partner ng choco frappe. :) Well, para sa mga hindi nakaka alam, I have a sweet tooth and kahit hindi bagay yung beef at choco frappe, okay lang sakin. I like them both. haha!
We stayed sa mezzanine-ish style ng shop and very comfy, indian sit lang with all the throwpillows. Perfect place for catching up.
We also got their choco nut for dessert. Well, I thought mas madami yung chocolate pero mas madami pala yung nut which is di ko masyado nagustuhan. Although cute yung lalagyanan that’s why we chose it. haha! Pero pwede na din. According to their staff, their best seller is their oreo cheesecake. Will try that next time! :)
Lastly, Anthony followed after his gym thing. It was so nice seeing Dean and Ants finally met each other. haha! Medyo hindi kasi maganda yung way kung pano sila unang nagkakilala but finally, nag meet na sila in flesh. hahaha!
Three-hour breaks are for spontaneous trips to coffee shops in Vito Cruz! Yay for this much-needed HOHOL time with Sam and AJ!!!! (And super yay for the cat pics all over the place HEHE) It's sad that I don't get to spend as much time with these two as possible (halfblock schedules are a prick), but I thank the Lord that we still got to hang out last Thursday :)
Taft food trip / 121814
My college bffz and I had this little gathering at Taft last last Thursday. We decided to at least catch up & unwind since we were so busy for the past few months. I was actually the one who lead this thing lol. So we first ate at Zark’s. Eunice and I ordered the major league one while the others had minor league only. HAHAHA so piggy of us. It was my first time in Zark’s and I could say that their burger is superb. Enough for the price we pay. It will really make your tummy full and happy. I also loved their classic bbq sauce. We were six at Zark’s. But the two of my friends needs to go home because their parents are already fetching them. So they will not be with us on our next stop.
Since it’s “taft food trip”, we decided to have dessert around taft also. We looked for this cute place called Cafe Noriter. It was a little adventure before we got there because we literally roamed around St. Scho and CSB just to look for this place. We didn’t actually know where it is located but we have a map. We can’t just see where Cafe Noriter is. We were about to give up and decided that we will go to Starr’s instead when I saw a certain restaurant that is near the cafe. We were on our way to Starr’s when I think of looking at the side of a certain building since I used the former restaurant as a mark in finding the cafe then viola! Found it! We didn’t know that we had pass by the place already lol. It was like a single door then you will see a stairway to the cafe itself. The place is really cute and have a very relaxing ambiance. I already uploaded the photos I took plus the vandals we found. Eunice and I joined the vandalism thingy. She wrote our professor’s name who is her crush and I wrote my ex’s name with our anniversary date hehehe </3 I ordered chocolate frappe and shared an oreo cheesecake with Eunice. Well, tbh, there is nothing special with their drinks because I also tasted their Mocha & Vanilla Frappe which my bffz ordered. It was just okay. But I like their oreo cheesecake tho. And the ambiance of their place.
That day was perfect. I was able to laugh and talk with my friends about things in life, accounting, love, etc. Thank you for your time and for going with my trip. I love you all! <3

Review: Cafe Noriter in Cebu City
Hello guys!
This Holy Week, I basically stayed in the city of Cebu when pretty much everyone else in the island has traveled back to their provinces. You know what happens during Holy Week in the cities, almost every establishment is closed due to the observance. I am aware of this, however, I still came all the way from the northern province of Cebu back to the city for Holy Week just because I…
