Marco Polo Ortigas, Manila continues the legacy of presenting delectable and filling dining curations as Lung Hin and Café Pronto offers its seasonal selections, all available until the end of September 2021. Award-winning authentic Cantonese restaurant Lung Hin presents its Hong Kong Chef’s Recommendations, as well as its Gem Set Menus that showcase the season’s choice ingredients. Guests may look forward to enjoying Steamed Angus Beef Ribs with Black Pepper Sauce, Deep-fried Hong Kong Pigeon with Golden Garlic, and Stir-fried Diced Beef Tenderloin with Garlic as part of the Hong Kong Chef’s Recommendations Menu. On the other hand, gourmands who wish to dine with a complete, convenient array of Cantonese staples may opt for the Diamond or Sapphire Gem Set Menus, available at P2,688++ and P1,588++ per person. The Diamond Set Menu includes a dim sum trio of Steamed Shrimp Dumpling with Gold Leaf, Chilled Marinated Jelly Fish, and Roasted Pork Belly, Pan-fried Australian Wagyu Beef with Black Pepper, and Stir-fried Garoupa Fillet with Vegetables in XO Sauce.
