@cainraised | STARTER CALL!
❝ Alright, Cass, I think... t-that’s--- that’s all I can take for tonight. ❞ he admitted, trying to catch his breath, as the sweat trickled down his forehead and his neck. His chest rose sharply, as he gasped for air. How can someone be that quick? It was incredible. And for that reason alone, he asked Cass to train him, whenever Bruce couldn’t. If he was going to be a great Robin, he had to learn everything he could-- and that included keeping up with physical training. It was no wonder why she was chosen for Batgirl, and Bruce wasn’t kidding. It felt like Cassandra had dragged him through mud, threw him into a mill, then stomped all over his body. Her workouts were no joke.
Once Tim made it to his water bottle, he quickly reached towards it, chugging the whole thing down without pausing. Ah! WAter! SWEET WATER! He would never take it for granted ever again. Meanwhile, Cass looked a little frazzled, but he was sure she could do a few more laps around Gotham before she even remotely tired. Clearly, his disadvantage was not being raised as an assassin as a kid, but then again...
Tim offered her water bottle over to her.
❝ One day, I’ll finally beat you, and maybe Bruce. ❞ The two were so quick and light on their feet, it was impossible. After all, he was only Robin for a year and a half. They had their entire life to train. It was a miracle he lasted more than three minutes with Bruce. With Cass, it only took a minute. Were they being easy on him? He really needed to start training more. ❝ Only time will tell. ❞
