Easy strawberry crinkle cookies with cake mix
Birthday coming up this week, so I'm getting started on preparations.
Found a cake mix for gluten free cake layers I've been excited to try out.
Turned out looking awesome! So I got all that wrapped up and stove away in the fridge to be ready for the day! Yay! One thing down on my to-do list.

Chocolate Cherry Bars

Ingredients
Bars
1 package devil’s food cake mix 1 21-ounce can cherry pie filling 1 4 1/8-ounce package instant chocolate pudding 3 eggs, beaten 1 teaspoon almond extract
Frosting
1 cup white sugar 5 tablespoons margarine 1/3 cup milk 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°.
Grease and flour jelly roll pan.
In large bowl mix cake mix and instant pudding.
Add cherry pie filling, beaten eggs and almond extract.
Mix well and pour into pan.
Bake 20–35 minutes or until done.
For frosting combine sugar, margarine and milk in small saucepan.
Boil, stirring constantly, for one minute.
Remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips until smooth.
Pour over warm bars.
