Funnetti Cake Bars

Indulge in the rich flavors of both white and dark chocolate combined with a creamy cream cheese layer in these decadent cake bars.
Ingredients: 1 cup white chocolate chips. 1 cup dark chocolate chips. 1/2 cup unsalted butter. 1 cup granulated sugar. 2 large eggs. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/2 cup all-purpose flour. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 8 ounces cream cheese, softened.
Instructions: Preheat oven to 350F 175C. Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips and half of the butter in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth. Set aside to cool slightly. In another microwave-safe bowl, melt the dark chocolate chips and remaining butter in the same manner. Set aside to cool slightly. In a large mixing bowl, beat sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until creamy. Divide the sugar mixture evenly into two separate bowls. To one bowl, add the melted white chocolate mixture and mix until well combined. To the other bowl, add flour and salt, and mix until just combined. Spread the white chocolate batter evenly into the prepared baking pan. Carefully spread the cream cheese over the white chocolate batter. Pour the dark chocolate batter over the cream cheese layer and spread evenly. Using a knife, gently swirl the layers together to create a marbled effect. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Allow to cool completely in the pan on a wire rack before cutting into bars.

I used to eat alot of these snack cakes during my childhood! They are so soft, melt-in-your-mouth chocolate and vanilla cream cakes. I won't be reviewing them cuz they are definitely the BEST SNACK CAKES!
