This speaks so much of my struggle every week, stretching out schedule to squeeze in all cake projects, even if it seems theoretically impossible. Last weekend's cake project no. 4 was for an 18th birthday party. 6-inch round extended height cake, top part fully adorned with sugar flowers and 18 matching cupcakes. Certainly one of the most "challenging" projects I've ever made.
