2010 Calabretta Vino Rosso Contrada dei Centenari Terre Siciliane IGT is one of the very best #wines I have had in a restaurant EVER. This was so good, so profound that it almost brought tears to my eyes. It was mature yet still tannic. Red berry and plum fruit with tons of earth and a bouquet that was not dissimilar from old and traditional Grand Cru Burgundy or First Growth Bordeaux. It went beautifully with our food, too. A truly profound and palate changing experience. Btw..if you are in London and don't have a meal at Luca...you are cheating yourself. She was well dressed and mature. A tobacco user no doubt. I approached her from behind and held her bottom firmly. I ran my finger tips along her neck and ever so gently, but deliberately opened her mouth. Her lips, nails and overall complexion was deep ruby. She smelled of smoke & roses, and a freshly re-tared roof. Her legs moved at a moderate pace. Our tongues met with hints of spice and everything nice, red fruits, wood, copper, and mushrooms. Her mouth was soft, silky, acidic, but plenty of grip. She had a finish that seemed to go on forever.
