This is unbelievable and hard to listen to.
A woman in Fort Smith, Arkansas was caught in a flash flood and ultimately drowned last Saturday after emergency responders were unable to rescue her. They were on scene because the victim, Debra Stevens, called 911. It was during that call that she was told to “shut up” and berated for “putting herself in danger”.
She was also, unbelievably, told that this would “teach” her a lesson. The 911 operator, Donna Reneau, has not been officially reprimanded, though members of the community are outraged following the release of audio from the call along with bodycam footage from police attempting to find her vehicle and rescue her.

Conservative watchdog and activism group Judicial Watch has filed an ethics complaint against Rep. Maxine Waters (D-Calif.), said Tom Fitton, the organization's president, on Fox News on Thursday.
"The number one House ethics rule is you've got to act in a way that reflects credibly on the House at all times, and when you’re out there… inciting mob violence against sitting Trump cabinet members, that doesn’t obviously reflect credibly on the House,” said Fitton on Fox & Friends. “And the House has to decide whether they’re going to allow its members to use the House as a platform and its power and position to attack and incite violence against Trump cabinet members.”
