Ohio Valley Wrestling taped the 1000th edition of their long-running television show and we were able to capture exclusive photos from the event.

Not many television shows in history – wrestling or not – have made it to 1000 episodes. Louisville, KY’s Ohio Valley Wrestling can be counted among that select group.
Founded in 1993 by “nightmare” Danny Davis, OVW has been an National Wrestling Alliance affiliate and a developmental territory for both WWE and Impact Wrestling. Throughout those relationships and standing on its own, OVW has officially produced 1000 television shows since its inception.

OVW talents backstage at RAW & SmackDown this week
Ohio Valley Wrestling Women’s champion Cali Young and former women’s champion Madi Maxx will be touring with WWE this week for RAW & SmackDown and will be used as extras during the shows.
RAW will be in Greenville, South Carolina on Monday and SmackDown will be in Atlanta, Georgia on Tuesday, both airing live on USA Network on those respective days.
22 year old Cali Young toured with WWE back in April and just captured the OVW Women’s Title defeating Madi Maxx earlier this month.

OVW talent touring with WWE this week
22 year old independent wrestler Cali Young, who trains at Ohio Valley Wrestling in Louisville, Kentucky will be touring with WWE this week for RAW and SmackDown.
Cali made her in ring debut in OVW on August 8th of 2016. She has previously toured with WWE working as a rosebud when Adam Rose was still employed with the company.
