sometimes i think people genuinely haven't paid attention to ablaze the way that they talk about it. friend told me that shih-na would WORK BETTER as a final villain than alba. not that they'd like it better, which is understandable, but that it would WORK BETTER???

i do not think shih-na would, narratively, work better as a main antagonist. i adore her as a character, i'd love to see more of her, but she is a follower, an empty shell. she does what she's told. you are trying to turn the puppet into the puppeteer.
