Sometimes I feel like he has the ability to tap into my dreams and know all of my secret desires. And those hands, those calloused hands, are the hands of a man who has always done the hard work, for me, for us, for our family. Those hands are attractive to me. Other people might find the baby soft manicured hands of someone who works in an office wearing a suit attractive. But not me. I found my person. This is what my hands look like after I took my first CrossFit class this afternoon! Today's skill was T2B (toe to bar). The coach broke it down for us and although I didn't get my toes all the way to the bar I did manage to get my feet to shoulder height and I got the kipping swing/hallow arch down! For the actual workout which was 3 rounds for time of: 300m row 25 T2B or K2E 4 sled pushes (95/45) 1 rope climb or up/down I was able to do knees to elbow (last round was scaled to v-ups because my hands were burning) but I finished all rounds in 24:15! FitBit shows I burned 711 calories between warm up, skill work and workout. #WhatDidYouDoForYourBodyToday #callousedhands #FitFam #crossfit
