Ways I keep from feeling anxious
Stay off my phone first thing in the morning so I focus on being my best instead of comparing myself.
Stay in touch with family. Phone calls with dad always put me in a better mood.
Eat food that makes me feel good. Workout and keep a water bottle with me all day.
Plan everything and always keep lists so I never forget I was supposed to do the thing or get the thing or go to the thing.
Stay off my phone before bed so I fall asleep right away.
Think about everything I am grateful for.
