I no longer workout unless I truly want to (maybe twice a week) . And I don’t ever track my macros, steps or calories And you know what? . The world hasn’t ended. In fact, I’m happier & freer than I’ve ever been . . So, When you find yourself getting caught up in your head about what to eat When to eat Or whether or not to eat… . STOP And think about how big of a deal you’re making of such a small thing Of all the things in the world to worry about You’re choosing to fret over something as small as what, when or why you should eat? . Take a look at the bigger picture Realize how silly you’re being And think about what you would tell someone else in your situation . It’s so easy to get caught up in your own head & to let one moment of indecision shake your whole world But if you step back Take a deep breathe And put things into perspective You’ll realize that everything is going to be fine .
