Ofc they did. I dont understand the lengths to which fellow fans go through to excuse him of every offense then color those offenses as sexy and provocative. I never hear a damn word about those mages. It will be a dark day when we all hold Solas accountable by consensus. Look at what he does to people he disagrees with. Look at how he treats those he claims to love. Is that right? Is that just? Does that not justify a response? Why is all of what Solas does in fanon or canon above reproach?
Moreover, idk, maybe theres a reason fans got fed up of his ugly behavior and snide remarks about the Inquisitor being inherently barbaric and their race being inherently barbaric and were urged to lay hands on him???
