What do the twins think of Raven? Do they know she is saving ghosts?

Raven tends to show up wherever they're ghost hunting, Mason has his suspensions, but they don't know Raven is helping the ghosts. She does talk to her "imaginary friends" often

Mason has many theories about Raven, but his main one is that Raven is a ghost herself. She's always at these abandoned places, and Mason's never got her on camera (Raven's just good at avoiding them), but all the tests he does to prove she's a ghost don't work

Mabel thinks diping dots is just being silly, Raven's obviously a fae, and they should befriend her and learn her fae ways. Who knows, they might come in handy for hunting ghosts
