kind of hate how mischaracterized cammy is but nobody talks about it

people think they’re attracted to mephone and have a body pillow of him and yada yada yada

when in reality he WORSHIPS him. literally. he sees mephone as his savior, and AE even made a christian joke (“the power of mephone compels you!” is a funny parody of “the power of jesus compels you!”)

his devotion to him is seen as romantic (on cammy’s side) when it’s not, and it’s just weird to me overall.

does anyone else feel like this??
