I want to know about Master Chief. I want to know about gay wizards. Okay? That's what I want to know about, and that shit does not appear in the papers of record when it comes to short stories. I just don't care, in my heart -- and I've read lots of literary fiction, I enjoy literary fiction in a broad and general sense. But that is not what I go to [Stephen King] for. I read the one about The Two Towers game "PS2’S TWO TOWERS WAS THE COOLEST WAY TO MISS THE WHOLE POINT OF THE LORD OF THE RINGS" While a multi platform game, they focused on the PS2 version.

Anthem's NPCs Are A Radical Shift For Bioware

The devs also clarified that there are no decisions that impact the story during missions, so I would not expect anything like the awesome Rachni Queen decision point popping up in Anthem.

They also said that these decisions you make with NPCs in Fort Tarsis will not create or lock off content. That means you cannot make someone so angry that they refuse to give you missions or please someone so much that they give you better equipment.

This article raises a concern I had not previously realized. Can the old narrative-focused, choice-centric BioWare formula coexist with a Destiny-type game? I don’t know that it can.

In a multiplayer experience, everyone must be able to access the same missions and gear for balancing and easy partying up.

If your choices don’t affect those things, though, what’s the point? If all the content is the same, what are you even deciding?
