Between floating in the tony costumes photo and being in the band for the performance, it is safe to assume that sax guy is secretly also a vampire

Dear Diary: Wishing the happiest of trails to our newest Westerberg graduates!
- Lav Raman, the Drama Club Drama Queen. Lav you are such an energized performer. The amount of love and enthusiasm you bring on to the stage is nothing short of astounding. I’m rooting for you always. Thank you for being such a lovely swing and person in every way of the word!
- Cameron Loyal as Principal Gowan/Veronica’s Dad/Kurt’s Dad. Cameron, you are hysterical and such a cool person. You never fail to delight me on stage and at the stage door. Lost Boys is lucky to have someone as principled and talented in its company.
- Ben Davis as Coach Ripper/Big Bud Dean/Ram’s Dad, I will NEVER forget hearing you sing Dead Gay Son for the first time. And I will always be grateful for your support from the very beginning. It’s never went unnoticed and under appreciated by me.
- Kerry Butler as Ms. Fleming/Veronica’s Mom, Kerry I’ve been a fan for years. You’re such a gracious and warm individual and that’s not even getting into your talent Jesus Christ. You bring magic and humor into everything you do. I’ll miss seeing you around NWS but I’m hyped beyond belief for the next thing whatever it may be!
- Jodie Steele as Temporary Replacement Heather Chandler, Jodie you are a ray of sunshine. Getting to meet you solidified in my mind why they kept being you back to this show. You are a POWERHOUSE and will ALWAYS be a part of Heathers history.
Here’s to amazing runs for all five of these cast members and I can’t wait to see what they do next. It’s been so beautiful❤️💚💛💙

Dear Diary: Here’s to all of the amazing swings and understudies who carried the show through this weekend:
- James Caleb Grice, who punched it in as Ram Sweeney all weekend, til Monday!
- Devin Lewis, who had his first two J.D. shows this weekend! (Saturday and Sunday’s matinees)
- Brian Martin and Cameron Loyal who stepped in for Principal Gowan and Coach Ripper respectively at Sunday’s matinee
- Lav Raman who covered for Cecilia Trippiedi all weekend and also covered for Kiara Lee at Monday’s show.
- Louis Griffin who covered for James Caleb Grice all weekend and would split Brian Martin for the Sunday matinee with:
- Emma Benson who covered for Devin Lewis both matinees, split Brian Martin with Louis Griffin for the Sunday matinee AND cover for Syd Sider on Monday’s show!
- Kiara Lee who stepped in as Heather Duke on Monday’s show.
- Syd Sider who stepped in as Martha Dunnstock for Monday night.
This weekend marked many things, a debut, the first show where all three swings were on together, and the first split show but everyone handled it to perfection in spite of the stress. So happy and proud for all of the Rottweiler understudies and swings this weekend! It was such a ride but it was SO very!!!
