Campdigimonth Planning - January 1st 2025

This is my first time participating in this event, so I hope to do this right! I've been using a private Word document to track my different projects throughout 2024, and while I don't have too much planned for 2025 yet, I think it'll be nice to write down a few goals and creative projects I plan on tackling!

Art:

Create a "Fanart of 2025" masterpost like in previous years (see here: [2021] [2022] [2023] [2024]). Current status: I'll do this as soon as I've finished my first art of the year - and I think I'll keep adding my continuous projects to that post like I did in 2024 (such as the Miraculous Tentobug AU or my various Digimon Adventure Reboot Sequel ideas).

Participate in the "Screenshot Redraw Event". Current status: This is SUCH a fun idea and even though I haven't made up my mind on what exactly I want to draw, I've done this in the past and it's always been an absolute blast. I expect this to be done between January 13th and January 19th.

Writing:

Finish chapter 5 of my "Time Saver" fanfiction. Current status: The dialogue and the chapter art are already finished, I just need to create the narrative around it. I really hope to finish the fanfiction as a whole through the course of 2025, as I have outlined the majority of it already. Writing is planned to take place between January 5th and January 12th.

Finish several of my already scheduled "Shipping Game Analysis Posts". Current status: My Miyakari analysis has been sitting in my drafts for round about two months already and I definitely plan on finishing this one until Saturday, January 4th. According to my Word document, I also plan on writing an analysis post each for Somi and Daikeru until the end of this month, preferably between the 24th and 31st.

Finish my Mimi's Fashion analysis. Current status: I have already compiled 99% of the screenhots and as she was third in the poll after Yamato and Sora, I definitely want to finish this by January 31st.

I do plan on making long-term writing and drawing projects in regards to my Digimon Adventure Reboot Sequel (and also Miraculous Tentobug), but I do want to finish the other projects listed above first before I will delve into those. (Especially since I'll be away for a work-related training from January 20th-23rd, so time is limited.)

Camp Digimonth Goal!!

I'm going to be focusing on my Runway project for January. I want to at least finish the older main digidestined and get started on the younger group.

Camp Digimonth Goal Announcement

Hooray, it’s time for camp digimonth again!  Time flies O_O

This year, my goal is to work on Puits d’Amour for half an hour every day.  I’ll mostly be editing, but all planning/outlining/drawing/researching also counts towards my goal.

About the fic:

Yamato and his brother, Takeru, were born to royal parents from different countries, who wed to seal the peace between their warring nations. The brothers were sent to live in Autun, their mother's country, until coming of age- and now, Yamato is old enough to return to Hakone, his father's country, where he will one day rule. Displaced and missing his home and his brother, Yamato wanders into a café selling pastries he often ate in Autun... And meets Sora, a woman who exudes welcome and comfort. A bakery/royalty AU about finding your home and your path.

Main characters: Yamato, Sora, Jyou, Takeru, Mimi, but the entire Adventure/02 cast is included

Couples: Yamato x Sora, but there are additional minor couples (Jyou x Mimi, Koushiro x OC, more coming).

I have been working on Digimonth goals for a while now, but since i have limited access to tumblr and AO3 only (tumblr because the app is weird af for me right now and AO3 because the place i live is being weird about it) i couldnt do updates about any of it hsjsb

Anyway

My goals:

-write at least 3000 words

-finish a drawing with fullcolor and shading

-finally answer at least a single ask in my askbox (im so sorry i forget to answer those)

Its super late since Digimonth has been going on for a while now im sorry about that hsjsnm

Camp Digimonth goal announcement

First of all, a happy New Year to each and everyone of you! Cheers to a wonderful year full of old and new friendships, sparkles and loooots of new fandom content.

Talking about fandom content, this month it's Camp Digimonth which is the perfect event to start creating new content for the Digimon fandom and family! So let's continue with goal announcement.

For this @campdigimonth I...:

... will be working on -and hopefully publish, which is the actual goal by the 31st of January- the third chapter of my Taiora (and background Koukari) centered fic Sway with me. Read the first two chapters on FFN or AO3. Sway with me is an AU with lots of dancing about connection and chemistry.

... will be drafting some small scenes and passages and do some further outlining for a new (partially) canon compliant Taiora-project. This project got sparked during discussions in the Taiora Discord server and I will use both this server and a recently found outline/timeline application to draft some writings. I will work on this project for a maximum of 2 hours in the weekends.

... will be drafting some Astrology analyzing for my Digimon Astrology Journey series (Yamato/Jyou and Hikari/Takeru).

The idea is to at least work on two out of three of these points during the month January. I'm excited! Any questions on either of the three projects? Don't hesitate to contact me ^^
