constitution is my camp gnc character! they will never threaten to stab you, and, in fact, cannot speak. they have a tightly-written constitution (with bylaws!) that dictates their personality, behavior, appearance, etc etc. this is fine, don't worry. they don't mind! they're also obligated to inform anyone they run into that there's a quick, easy, free way for them to join connie's board and begin proposing and voting on amendments. there's been a handful of updates to the constitution, so start with iteration 0!
